Dr. Penney and his staff are the best! They provide great services and the price is very reasonable.

Dr. Penny is always so nice as well as his staff. Never have to wait long (or at all) and his services aren't overpriced at all. Great place!

Great vet, nice office. My cat recovered from her surgery quickly. Mostly good staff, a few of the girls (front desk clerk, girl writing a health certificate, and a girl that was cleaning up vomit) were rude (perhaps just a bad day) but also incompetent. I had to get my cat's health certificate rewritten 3 times because they kept messing it up. The final one still had my new address and my pet's name spelled wrong. I walked back in the second time immediately after walking out when I noticed the name on my 2nd health certificate was totally wrong, and the girl cleaning vomit rudely asked if I needed help with anything else. I ignored her, for I did not currently need anything mopped. The front desk clerk and the girl writing the certificate avoided eye contact and sighed a lot, seeming to be mad about having to correct their mistakes. The vet came by and asked if there was a problem and they made it out like it was our fault, even though we had given them all the correct info they needed, several times. I could tell they were scared of her (the vet) so I didn't say anything. I remained very nice and patient the entire time. I wouldn't be so serious about the paperwork if I hadn't needed it for a very serious reason. Overall, this problem is an easy fix, and everything else about the office is almost suberb. I'm grateful to have had such a great doctor work on my cat.

The staff and Dr. are awesome, they're also very caring.. I have never been to a vets office where everyone was as nice and caring as this place is.. I would highly recommend them to anyone They saved our baby who was having a battle of parvo and hookworms.. THANK YOU ALL so much..

Very caring. I came in with a dog that I saw get hit on 157. They tried to save him but ended up having to put him down, they were quick, attentive, and kind. Also took care of everything free of charge. If I were local I would most definitely use them!

The staff is wonderful. Everyone is so nice. Dr. Penny and his wife do a great job and are very caring. They are the only vet office I will ever use. They have also been patient and kind with any of my concerns regarding my fur babies. Love them!!!!

Amazing staff! They do not charge outrageous prices for all your pets needs. I love this vet and I recommend them to everyone I know!

Excellent staff! They showed great kindness during the loss of my dog. Even though it is a bit of a drive, I will never use another vet. I highly recommend them!
