More than pleased with my experiece ! What was the worse day of my life turned into an amazing experiece. Thank you for saving Flash! Awesome quick care, didnt leave us just sitting there not knowing, and the kindness shown to us and my cat was amazing! Big shout out to Christy (and others but I didnt get their names)..yall are such a blessing! Keep up the good work, it is very appreciated!!

Dr. Sheil and the staff took excellent care of our feline, who seemed like she was at death's doormat. We finally got answers as to why she'd been sick on and off for so long, and now we have a gameplan. Their customer service was incredible, and we got frequent updates both day and night about her condition, care, and test results. THREATENED FRIEND WITH ARREST IF SHE DIDN'T EUTHANIZE HER BELOVED PET, THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHECK DOG OUT, THERE WAS TIME TO SAVE THE DOG BUT THEY TOLD HER THAT SHE WAS WASTING THEIR TIME. SHE IS DEVASTATED AND LOST HER BELOVED DOG TO THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE'. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS PLEASE DON'T TAKE THEM THERE.

Woke up Sunday to find our aging family dog could no longer walk. We decided he had to be put down. The staff was amazing in helping us. They brought the old guy in on a stretcher. My husband was able to go and sit with him until he had his last breathe. We were in and out very quickly.

After waiting for 3 hours in the patients room without hearing from anyone I went to ask what was going on, the employee I spoke with was rude and felt the need to tell me they were getting a tampon. Had to wait even longer to check because they did not have the correct paperwork. 5 hours later I finally got my pet the medicine she needed. Was an unprofessional and terrible experience.

Our puppy had 2 puncture wounds in her abdomen after being attacked by a large dog. I took her to the Emergency vet in Huntsville where I was told it would be over an hour and a half before they could get to her. I drove 30 minutes to Decatur where my dog was taken straight back and triaged accordingly. They took good care of her and were open to my questions. It wasn't cheap but what emergency at 10:30pm on a Sunday night is? I'm just happy that they took good care of my dog.

They were extremely rude and very disrespectful. I got home from Birmingham at 1am and saw that something was wrong with my puppy..he was soaking wet and had drool pouring out of his mouth and wasn't moving I decided to take him to the vet and get him checked out. When I got there they told me he was gonna have to have a 6 to 8k dollar surgery and if I didn't have the money to pay for it right then I was gonna have to put him to sleep or put him up for adoption. They wouldn't let me go back there with him and they also told me I was not leaving there with my dog what so ever. So my dad calls the next morning and they were accusing me of throwing my own dog into the pool.my dad chews them out and they finally let him go pick my dog up after he threatened them with lawyers. I don't advise anyone using them. I personally will never be back there again.

I work with a rescue in Huntsville. They have seen every variety of issue from us. They've gone above and beyond to help us and keep prices down. They've been wonderful. Dr. Harriman performed an incredibly delicate and risky surgery no other vet wanted to do, he saved the kittens life and she recovered beautifully. Dr. Zeck has been so supportive and compassionate when we've brought in hopeless cases for which there was no help and Dr. Newman has been honest with us and told us no further surgery was needed when we were prepared to raise money for a very expensive procedure. I never hesitate to bring an animal in need to them, even on our very limited budget.

My fur baby Buddy was hit by a car on Saturday and received a severe head injury. My local vet recommended that he go to Veterinary Regional Referral Hospital in Decatur if he was going to have any chance to survive. We rushed him there but it was still several hours after the accident before we got him there, we walked in and within just seconds they whisked him in to be checked and started treating him. Now it is Thursday and we are going to pick him up this morning and bring him home! I'll tell you the truth I really didn't think that would happen and I am so very grateful to the entire staff from the Doctors and nurses for saving his life to the front office crew for all the care they showed to us. If I could give you 10 stars I would and that would still not be enough.

We took my cat there this morning. They were very nice and made me feel like they really cared about my baby and us. They wanted to keep thw cost down for us as much as possible. I will definently use them in the future if I need an emergency vet.
