Horrible! My son rented his Senior Prom tux from them when he put the tux on friday night the coat sleeves hung past his finger tips, the shirt was huge and the pa ts hung on him. The only thing that fit was the shoes. I called and complained Friday when he was getting ready the girl who answered the phone didn't even say Michael mason's I had to ask if I had the right number. I told her what was wrong she said when I brought it back today that they would make it right, they offered me 25.00! 25.00 for screwing up my sons senior prom, for him having to wear something 2 if jot 3 time too big for him, really.. I would not rent a tux for my dog much less any one else from these people.

They really helped my mom and I during my wedding. I didn't buy my dress from them but I could have. They had one sales associate named Peyton who really did a great job of taking care of us. I would recommend them to people especially in the Decatur area.

We were in there today to have my son and brother - in - law fitted for an out of town wedding. The girl sizing them was a sweetheart however, she was told in front of us to get to the people that would actually be ordering stuff from them and to not worry with us. We were there before the other people and willing to pay for their time. So needless to say we sat there for a bit just to have a card handed to us. When I asked if they were done with us she said there was a charge. I said yes we were told but our transaction was interrupted. She looked at me and said OK, bye. Very rude. I have several formals to buy for but, I won't be using them.

All of my bridesmaids' dresses and groomsmen's tuxes were ordered through Michael Mason Bridal. They worked with me through picking out which brand, color, and material my bridesmaids' dresses would be, and they also helped find vests and ties for the groomsmen that matched the bridesmaids' dresses. My circumstances were especially difficult because almost every single person in the wedding party was in a different state, and two were even in another country. I let my bridesmaids choose what style dress they wanted within the brand, color, and material I picked out, and Michael Mason was always very accommodating in taking orders and measurements for all the different styles of dresses. If I had it to do over, I would use Michael Mason again!
