Don't expect much after the sale. My problem started out with a New Beretta shot gun. The problem with the firearm had nothing to do with anything the Country Sportsman had done but, was a manufactures defect. The store representative got down right rude about returning the shotgun. I wasn't mad at any one about buying a defective A400 I just wanted what I paid for to work. Beretta made it good. But I shouldn't have been subjected to a sales persons discourtesy when "he" really didn't have a clue about what "he" was talking about. Maybe they should take a step back and take advise from a customer under advisment. Some of us may just know a little bit more than they do about firearms, they may not be the experts they think they are just because they work in a sporting goods store.

Had a good selection of certain hunting and fishing supplies. Was looking for a crossbow string and the customer service representative said that they did not carry them anymore. That was sad but sent us in the right direction to a person that deals with crossbow strings.

I like to go by and window shop. I usually buy from another place with lower prices. The kid who works the counter fancies himself a gun expert. Maybe he is but a little maturity might do wonders for him.

There really not that bad. They gave me full $350 for a masterpiece arms 5×7 , I only payed $390 taxes and all for. On the other hand I also bought an AK-47 from them, It was nuthin but problems!!!!! They sent it back for repairs. It took 16 weeks before heard anything back form them!!!!! Then took another 13 or 14 weeks to get my gun back!!!!! They just ended up giving me a brand new gun. which is great, but I wish they had done it a little sooner. So after saying that, they never really done me wrong or cheated me.

Bought some Under Armour merchandise from these folks via eBay. Excellent customer service, they went out of their way to make sure I had exactly what I needed, and at a very fair price, too. They shipped the merchandise quickly and were very friendly, polite, courteous and cheerful on the phone. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I recommend the Country Sportsman very highly.

Had bought a "choke tube" on eBay and when I got it in, found that I had ordered one that I already had.
Totally my fault! Called the Country Sportsman, and staff told me to send it back and they would replace it for only the extra shipping cost. I was pleasantly surprised. I got the correct choke immediately. There was no hassle or restocking fees. Just customer service. I would recommend buying from Country Sportsman.
