My family and I have been a patrons of Cartersville Tires and Wheels for several years. The prices are good and the service is great. Ken is honest and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers leave his shop satisfied.

These are the friendliest, most HONEST guys youll ever meet. They've got prices for every lifestyle, very reasonable prices on all levels for every income. If you want honest service, awesome prices, fitting every budget! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND these guys!!! Single mom on a fixed income, and these guys are like the brother that helps you when family isnt around!!! Cant Thank you guys enough for all the wonderful service! More like family then a business. When other buisnesses have let me down, or tried to over charge me. You guys have always been there for me, Sincerely, Tamara Wronka

I called these folks from out of town to get a set of tires for my granddaughter. They had a great price on the tires she wanted and put them on for her for the price they had quoted. She had a flat tire on the way home. Then had several more flats and a blowout over the next few weeks. After talking with her about the conversation between her and the folks at the store I found out that they had put used tires on her car. That was not what was quoted to me on the phone and I feel like they took advantage of the situation. So, No I would not go back there or recommend them to anyone else. I also made the same comment on the Better Business website.

I have come here exclusively for my tires, whether its a quick plug to get me to work or an entirely new replacement. They are quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

My husband and I were in the area for a baseball tournament and noticed one of our tires were losing air. We came here, bc the Google reviews were great. They pulled a life size nail out of the tire, put a plug in, and off we went. Customer service was great. The mechanic was very friendly. And it only took them about 10 minutes. Deducting one star because the tire was overinflated when we left, so we had to stop at a gas station and adjust it. Otherwise, great experience.

I love shopping at Cartersville Tires for their knowledge, affordability , and professionalism! Ken provides quick and efficient service and has even stayed open later to accommodate me in an emergency. I appreciate the fact that Cartersville Tires is locally owned and truly cares about its customers.

Great service, good prices don't go anywhere else. Honest company. Ken asked me where my current tires got installed and then explained to me that they were installed with the tread in the wrong direction.. Next stop get a refund from that other tire company.
