Any company dont care who they are want take a item back knowing good and well it came from there is either greedy are desperate and if they either they aren't doing well in their business

Terrible. Tried to exchange Wrangler Jeans that were never worn with all the tags and receipt. I have bought over 600.00 worth of boots,jeans and boot socks. They refused to exchange them for a smaller size because they didn't have the tags attached. The tags were with them.

Does not stand behind their boots. My son bought a pair of steel toe Ariat boots, $149.00, price on box. He wore the boots one day to work, one of the steel toes was smaller and hurt his toe. He took the boots back and was told they couldn't help him. Even Walmart will stand good for a product, and more so with a receipt. I plan to contact the factory.
