Very nice, went with my husband and 5 year old twins when our power went out. Highly recommended place to stay!
We had to find a room last minute due to power outages and freezing temps at home. The people at Country Inn and Suites got us in quickly. They were very understanding of our situation. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was OK. All in all it definitely got us through what would have been a very cold night.
Nice clean and modern hotel. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly. Continental breakfast has lots of variety too.
Comfortable, clean rooms. Not impressed with the hot breakfast as have had far better at other locations. Plenty of hot water for the shower. AC operates a little weird. Hotel located in a good location minutes from downtown Rome and plenty of places to eat and shop.
Nice but the mini fridge broke in the middle of the night and we woke to a large puddle of water. We don't use them so didn't realize it was even there. There were minor cosmetic issues but otherwise we'll maintained property. Usual free breakfast with coffee 24 hours.
The girls at the front desk are the nicest people you will ever find. And the place was clean, breakfast was good.
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was nice to deal with. The breakfast is included with the hotel price and is clean and suffucient to get you going.
This location is currently housing a group of Spanish construction workers that come off the there shift, Yelling at the top of there lungs, There running two shifts , there smoking in the halls and will keep you up.
Management does nothing for there guests
I don"t smoke but the first time in !5 years I got a respiratory infection that lasted about a week after staying in there room. Which tells me the a/c units are not being cleaned on a regular basics.
Stay clear of this location! As My sister paid for the room I felt obligated to pay her back for the room do to the construction workers keeping her up all night. Smoking should not be allowed in hallways
The staff was very friendly on our 2 night stay. The rooms and common areas were also very clean. Everything we asked for was promptly addressed. Nice TV with good channel lineup. The only 2 minor cons: The breakfast area was the smallest I have ever encountered in a hotel. This was a slight problem given the large youth tennis tournament guests. It caused people to hold tables and people to eat in lobby and rooms. 2: In my past stays with Country Inns & Suites one of the things that gave the place a warm and homey feel was the what seemed like constant smell of freshly baked cookies provided by the hotel. Not only was that smell non existent, but the cookies were missing often and when they were there they tasted like dollar store brand. Tiny cons in my view, so yes I would likely stay again.
Good value
Staff very friendly, rooms are always clean and bed is comfortable. Only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because the pillows are too soft
Clean rooms. Nice staff.
Amazing hotel. The front desk last was awesome! Has laundry on-site and good tv selection. Would definitely stay again
After checking in earlier in the day and returning to the hotel in the evening, I was quite exhausted from my day so I took a shower then went to get in bed and there was a big yellow urine spot on the sheets. I called down to the front desk and the employee apologized and upgraded me to a suite. That was nice of her but finding the bed disgusting and then having to pack up everything I had just unpacked to move to another room and unpack again was an inconvenience to say the least considering I had been up since 3 am with only 4 hours of sleep. I usually stay at this location but after this experience I probably never will again.
