Friendly staff. Very clean. Pillows could be better, but it was still a lovely experience. Would stay again.

Overall a pretty nice hotel. The rooms aren't as soundproof as I'd like, the beds could be more comfortable, and the pillows could be better, but it met my basic needs. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

Stayed here for a free night from a work reward program and enjoyed it. Nice hotel.

Deceiving looks on the outside. Room was worn and very dirty carpet. Air did not work good.

It was ok not for the price I was expecting more an not to fine the cleaning lady long black hair all over everything in the tub or all over the handle of the sink other then that it's alright the hot tub is like a bath tub it's not as much room as normal once an there was long black hair in that

You get what you pay for. Overall, looks good. Suprrised at the simple fixes that are needed aren't attended too. I.E. carpet stains, broken door latch, loose shower curtain rod due too insufficient anchors. Room 215. (Edit after stay: Tried the jacuzzi in room the final morning. Wouldn't work. Told clerk on checkout. She asked if we turned on the wall switch. We had. She next said "You're all set (to leave)."

Great hotel for our trip to Chicago. Friendly staff. Little bit older and showing its age a little. Some wear and tear in room, door dragged on carpet, paint on carpet, but overall clean and quiet.

I booked 2 hot tub suites for the night of my engagement so that my girlfriend and her friends could drink, spend time together, and celebrate. Check in was fine but when we went swimming we were informed only 2 people per room were allowed to use the pool because we had King beds and I supposedly agreed to this. I had not. I asked about roll away beds just to allow more to swim and they said none were available. This could all be understandable if there were posted signage or an available room agreement saying such but there wasn't. Then we go back to the room to find the carpet has a stain on it that looks an awful lot like blood. This made our whole group a little weirded out. To make the carpet issue worse is we couldn't change rooms because the hotel was booked. Carpet also made the hot tub in the room a little uncomfortable to use because it is so fraied at the edge of the hot tub that if you step on it it is sharp and hurts. This carpet is actually coming up

Nice, clean room. We usually take a suite so we have a couch to sit on and watch TV. Room needed a coffee table for snacks and maybe a footrest by the couch. Hotel has good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. We stayed in Feb 2017.
