This this hotel is absolutely the best hotel we've ever stayed at it's beautiful it's nice and clean prices excellent and their breakfast is a full-blown Buffet you'll love it people are very nice I can't say anything bad about it if you're going to stay anywhere in Lumberton or in this area stay at the Country Inn & Suites

The desk clerk sent my family and I to the wrong floor. I had to sleep on the floor because the room had only a twin bed. The continental breakfast was terrible. So if you stay here ask for a nicer room than I had.

I have stayed at other locations. I like the lobby and quaint surroundings in common areas. This location is being renovated. It seems cold. I don't like the change. It is too modern. Leave it how it was. Staff still friendly and I like the value of stay.

The place is clean. The beds were to be queen but seemed narrow for queen size. Breakfast was not super but it was included and filled void. I guess you can't complain if it is included. $97.45 was a bit steep I think. Would not stay here again

3 of the 4 beds we checked had stains on the mattress pad and mattress (pee and blood stains). Front desk was very nice and understanding, but she didn't have any rooms that were better so we left. Check the mattress pad and mattress - know what you are sleeping on!

The room was very dirty! Upon arrival, there were crumbs on the floor. The bathtub was very filthy — coated with a layer of dirt!!! I wish I could add photos. My mom went to the front desk, and the lady apologized, but said the manger wasn't there. Later that night, my mom went to get drinks and the soda machine took our money. The remote was missing buttons.. The bathroom door was hard to close and ridiculously loud, along with the toilet. Overall, very disappointed..

My car broke down right by the exit on the way back from work and I stay in Saint Paul's so I had to wait for my dad to pick me up which he had to wake up all the kids he helped me push from the light and the hotel parking lot was down hill so we were going to push it there and wait for a tow truck when we push it all the way there the security guard had a attitude and couldnt wait for us to wait for the tow truck so he started scene and got mad when we started taking back because he was very disrecpectful to us he wouldn't let us talk to the owner because we know the owner he said we where taking up to much parking space with one car! It's 12 in the morning and he couldn't understand we had a broken down car. If the customer service and room service is as bad as the security guard service I would not recommend going to this hotel I would however recommend red roof just down the road they have very nice rooms and good customer care.

This hotel used to be good, but since the renovation it has gone downhill. There was blood in the carpet, stains on the pillows and blood on the toilet paper. It looks pretty, but you will quickly notice flaws such as cement being left on the door handle, a light switch missing a switch, leaving an open hole to the electrical wire, and a modern sofa that is hard as a rock.

This place is interesting. Very friendly staff, very convenient location, and the room was clean and comfortable. Not very updated but not completely outdated, a little bit of current construction going on (5/30/17). The one downside if considered is that this place is heavily used by contractors and truckers, making the hallways stink like Axe spray and people hanging out at every exit smoking. Overall a good place for an overnight stop

This hotel has phenomenal breakfast. The room was always very tidy. I will say the shower is a little cramped But over all it's a small price to pay for a fantastic stay. I travel quite a bit and so far this has been the most accommodating hotel. Would highly recommend.

The Country Inn and Sweets in Lumberton, NC was a safe harbor for some friends and I as we were traveling home and encountered a storm. We stayed on the third floor and our room was clean and comfortable, with suitable amenities. The complimentary breakfast was very good, with a wide selection. The front desk was also very courteous. Overall a great experience!
