Rooms/hotel needs a thorough cleaning. Look at the dust/nastiness in the air vents over/above the main desk in the lobby area. Also you should check the vents, air conditioning door, smoke detector, sprinkler heads, top of the refrigerator, mirrors, paintings and anywhere dust might accumulate in the rooms. Management was made aware of this. They had over 2 weeks and never fully fixed the problems in my room.

It was a good stay. I was an overnight traveler, so I was a little disappointed they charged the full overnight stay rate when I only stayed from 2:00 a.m. til 10:00 p.m. to hit the road again. Besides that, clean facilities and friendly service ✌

Had to switch rooms. First one smelled horrible and leaked in one bathroom very bad, but staff wouldn’t move us until we demanded a new room, which was missing a tv, a closet door, and the handles were broken in both rooms. One elevator felt as if it were ready to break into pieces. Before we went, we called to ask if it were okay to bring a pet, and they gave us the play and charged us nothing. Once we changed rooms, they charged us for two pets instead of one. They didn’t even give us a discount for the bad first room. In the exercise room, one treadmill was broken and two weights are missing. One jacuzzi was out of order as well! Horrible experience, I will never go back to any of these hotels anymore.

I stayed at the this inn for a professional seminar. The staff, and even other guest were all friendly and helpful. The meeting room was nice and well aired.

WOW!!!!!! Kim and Byron at the front desk are seriously an ABSOLUTE ASSET to this company!!!! I have never been so impressed by a hotel and its staff. Room service came around EVERY SINGLE DAY, there was hot breakfast every morning, warm cookies everyday at 3pm, beer and wine with appetizers Mon-Wed. Our needs were always addressed before we had to ask. (i.e. we came in with a baby, they immediately asked if we had a pack and play, we said yes, but then they even offered sheets for it as well. Something we had not thought of)
I can't say enough about this place. We stayed 2 weeks without a single complaint. I would definitely stay here again!response / report this review -

Service quality. staff customer friendly and there to assist when needed. Room clean and comfortable. Coffee and lite breakfast excellent and staff was great. Very good customer service! Will visit again.

Extremely nice people. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Just small things in the room were off. Id stay here again, but just would miss a bit of the things expected.

I absolutely loved this place! Customer service was exceeded the requirements. They really make you feel welcomed. The facility itself is very clean. The family, our young ones enjoyed themselves and they made them feel welcomed too.
It's a must if you're visiting Fayetteville NC
