Enjoying my stay so far. I'm in an accessible room with a roll in shower. Shower bench is shaped differently than any other bench I've ever used and it felt a little awkward. Plenty of room to roll around in the room and bathroom. The bathroom door should have been hung to swing in the opposite direction. You have to open the door while backing up because the hall way is too narrow to get by and open the door.

I love the HILTON. Every one I've stayed at from Fayetteville to Charlotte has been nothing but the best. I've made special requests for certain dishes prepared at the HILTON on numerous occasions and they came through every time no questions asked. Hands down the only hotel I'll stay at in any city as my very first option.

Needs some TLC in the room we stayed in (room 343). Wallpaper in bathroom needs repair, carpet in room very poor and coming off wall. Caulking in bathroom needs repair/rework. Room was VERY noisy from people above and occupants in next door Room. Room in general was not to the normal Hilton standard we've come to expect. The lobby is attractive and well kept. Breakfast buffet is OUTSTANDING so gave this place a 4 star otherwise it would be a 3 star because of the room and noise. Took and will post pictures of the room condition and items that need repair and attention.

I was placed on the second floor, room 236. Unfortunately this was the least desirable room placement when road constitution going on immediately in front of the hotel created so much noise my sleep was disturbed for much of the night. Though the hotel and staff have no control over the noise of road construction, they do have control over which rooms, particularly HILTON Honors members are placed. The opposite wing, opposite side of the hall or even a higher floor would have reduced or eliminated this issue for me as a guest. The work was clearly not a new project as made obvious by all the cones and freshly completed guttering and curbing. I inquired about moving rooms around 3:30am. I was told other rooms were available that would be quieter, but the front desk worker was slow to figure out which room I could move into. She also seemed irritated by my request, so I ceased efforts to move and cranked the air conditioning up as to attempt to drown out the noise. A small effort by staff to make the slighest adjustment for the comfort of guests during the room selection process would have been greatly appreciated. Not even an offer for a comped breakfast was provided. Just "we have no control over the road construction noise".

Room very clean and accommodating, w/ fridge and microwave. Had breakfast buffet here this morning, it's by far the best we had in memory. All you can eat, eggs pancakes waffles made to order including omelettes, beverages . Even if you pay full price ($13) it's a great deal.

This was the first time ISSA Fayetteville/Fort Bragg retained the Double Tree by Hilton in Fayetteville, NC for one of our monthly meetings. It was a fantastic decision on our part. The conference rooms are beautiful and the staff was attentive and responsive to all our needs. The audio visual technician remained in the room during our entire engagement. The food was excellent (highly recommend the spinach dip and pita wedges). Needless to say, we will be looking to make this our primary venue.

Stayed here for a quick overnight on a long road trip with 2 kids. Loved that our suite had a separate bedroom so we could put the baby to bed and still hang out with our toddler and watch TV and eat. Room was clean, staff was friendly and her pull out couch was pretty comfy. Room service food was decent, but took a while to get. Would definitely stay here again!

Don't let the dated exterior fool you, this hotel is GREAT! Accommodations in room, great breakfast options and quality of food, and plenty of bedside charging options make this a great stay. Seriously, the best grits and omelet I've had at over 30+ double tree locations. I'll be back, well done!

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. rooms are clean but could use a little modernization. Decent breakfast if you get the vouchers, otherwise go to the cracker barrel next door. The restaurant and coffee shop was nice when I didn't want to go out.

I traditionally stay at this property on the rare occasion that I am in Fayetteville. I really like the restaurant for dinner and the breakfast buffet in the morning.

When I checked in I was told that the restaurant was closed for dinner due to a convention in the area. Room service was not available either. I was told I would have access to the restaurant in the morning for breakfast and I was given a ticket to redeem for breakfast. Upon waking up the next morning I found a letter under my door stating that I would have to call to get room service for breakfast I would not be able to sit down and eat in the restaurant. Had I known this before going to bed I could've allotted enough time to take advantage of that breakfast, but I was not able to do so to have enough time to make it to my first appointment that morning. As you can see the ticket says that room service is not included in the voucher, and then they slide a letter under my door in the middle of the night while I'm sleeping and not allowing me to properly plan my day the next morning.

What makes this even more frustrating is that multiple people at a local restaurant at dinner the night before who were attending this convention stated that the convention had not asked for the restaurant to be exclusive for convention attendees. I suspect that the property was not able to properly staff the restaurant and decided to exclude anyone not attending the convention.

I will NEVER stay at this property again.

Very unhappy with our stay considering the price you pay.
No trolley for luggage upon arrival or for departure took 4 trips up and down elevator with 2 kids. No ice one coffee in the room. After driving 12 hours we decided to pay a bit extra for the nicer hotel DON'T BOTHER!!!!
Beautiful hotel but no attention to detail.. try next door they may accommodate your needs for a better price. They think giving a free cookie and water will please their customers. NOT

Very friendly staff, the rooms were very clean, and overall, the entire hotel has an upscale vibe compared to a regular Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express . The women at the check-in counter were really nice, and made me feel welcomed right away. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, one of the best omelette's I've ever had. Their In-Hotel restaurant has reasonable prices and a very professional and courteous staff. The fitness center was also nice, and has everything you need for a good workout. Would definitely recommend this Hotel!!!

Room was clean and nice. The front desk people were very nice. It was right off 95 which was convenient. Could have used a little brighter light in the room. The toilet paper end being folded into a flower made it seem like the fanciest toilet paper I'd ever used.
