First and last time going there. Had a rude server by the name of Erin. Didn't greet us , didn't check on us . a very discriminatory place.

Gave it another chance and it still sucked. The staff is super rude and they jack up the prices ridiculously.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! First of all I've worked in restaurants and I know that when someone calls out or being short staffed is hard but you still have to attend to your customers. It was horrible from start to finish. The Billy Joel concert was last night and every single restaurant had a wait or was busy so we finally found cosmos. We walked in and saw about 10 people standing there waiting to be seated with no employee in sight, some people just gave up and walked out. Let me just say at this time there were only 3 tables seated in the restaurant. After 15 minutes we were seated. The server came over and took our drink orders. That took about 15 minutes to get and when we got them a gin and tonic and a vodka and oj came in double shot glasses? I've never seen anything like it. We then proceeded to then wait 45 MINUTES for someone to take our food order. And let me just say unfortunately we had to eat there because we really had no other choice at this point. We ordered an appetizer of crab dip with tortilla chips, in the meanwhile tables kept getting up and walking out. For our entrees we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with fries and a gyro with fries. We saw food come up under the heater which looked to be our appetizer. After 25 minutes of it sitting up there under the heater someone from our table went up and asked if it was ours the cook shrugged his shoulders and said " I don't know and I can't tell you that anyways". ONE ENTIRE HOUR LATER the server brought our food over after it had been sitting under the heat lamps. The chips for the dip were HORRIBLE because of sitting there under the lamp for so long and my chicken on my chicken sandwich was not fully cooked!!!!!! The server told us that they would be taking 25% off our bill and when we paid a tall red haired woman, who hadn't been seen the entire night and I'm assuming is the manager came over to return our card. No apology, nothing. I'm not blaming the servers for this because they were actually very nice however, the managers and owners of this place should be ASHAMED. The worst dining experience I have ever had in my entire life. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I always have a blast when I go here apparently they serve food too. Haven't tried it yet but I hear it's awesome
