The supplies were limited, I found myself having to alternative to other brand because there were some of the colors I needed butthey would b one thing or another. Same with activator I didn't find my first option so I had to use what was there.

Shop for professional hairdressers, make-up artists, I did n't go inside, but talked to the employee they were very nice to me.

Love how helpful the staff is. Every time I walk in a staff member greets me with good morning, or good after noon.

This post is based on my encounterment with staff member Jody/Judy?
After coming to this establishment consistently for 4 years now, I’ve never felt so unwelcomed.
The staff here always great and I see them as Family and they have always been a great help anytime that I’ve come in, with an exception of this Jody/Judy staff member.
Today I walked into make a costly purchase, as always, with a family member and was greeted without a smile by this staff member with a cold “Hello”.
Not even 2 minutes of us being inside the store. We were asked “Who is the licensed one?”
Not a can I help you find anything, Is there anything specific they you are looking for, or a run down on specials that we may have wanted to consider.
So curiously I asked her “why did that need to be asked?” She simply stated. “Because I’ve never seen you before and I know all of my customers” as if I was contaminating the store.
After this comment, I decided to leave and take my money elsewhere after I seen the disgust on her face and as we went out the door she said “thank you” with a huge smile.response / report this review -

The staff here are always so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have been a great source of information for me in all areas of cosmetology since I moved to Yuba City 3 years ago now. They encouraged me while I went through beauty school and have always been right on point regarding the products they retail and also really great when recommending sales that are happening and relevant classes for me. They will help you if you need it or leave you to get on with your own shopping if you know what you want. Total pros, the whole team!! This place is totally 5 star in my opinion and I would recommend it to all professionals!!
