  I have had the worst experience, ever, with this company. First and foremost I appreciate being told the truth, ignoring phone calls with ridiculous excuses is not my thing.

  I have used this company for years. I scheduled a plumber at the beginning of the week and was told on that day that they needed to reschedule. I accepted that .. Today, at the end of the week, I waited and waited. Hours after my scheduled appointment, they told me they didn't have anyone today to come out, but didn't even bother to call me. DONE!

  OK service, but $12.95 for toilet wax ring, $7.50 at Home Depot. Seems like one has to pay a lot to talk to a live person about fixing a simple toilet issue.

  August 2015--They told me I needed a new compressor for $4600. I called another company for a second opinion. The second company got my unit running with no new parts. The compressor did not need to be replaced.

  WILL NOT FLY AMERICAN FLAG!!! This company is one of the most unpatriotic company's I have come across, they will fly only the Canadian flag. They state it is there company's "LOGO" but their "LOGO" is not the Canadian flag it just a red maple leaf, I've called and was rudely hung up on about this issue. I have lost ALL respect for this company.
  
  I called the city code enforcement about this issue, they are aware of it and have tried telling them to display the American flag, and there response was that they will not.
