I love price chopper. I only shop the sales ad. However, this location has terrible customer service. A lot of the cashiers are rude! The sackers need new jobs. They smash my bread and ruin my produce every time. I now ask them to move and sack my own groceries. I had someone put 1 item in each back once, another time put my chicken in with my grapes and apples and the chicken leaked all over and I had to through the fruit out so I didn't risk my kids getting sick. I had rolls that were rotten in the middle and already rotten milk even though it wasn't expired. I had eggs smashed or sackers not listening when I say I brought my own bags and I am constantly not getting my fuel points or bag discount!!!!!!!!!! I am about to boycott this place and just do savings catcher at Wal-Mart.

The fried chicken is to die for when it's fresh. The deli dept is pretty awesome and very friendly. I like that I can taste things ,before I buy them; that way I don't buy a meal I won't like.

It's fast and they have great sale items. It can be a bit pricey on some things though. The employees are always so polite and helpful. It's nice to walk into a grocery store and see the same smiling faces. They become almost like family.

The employees are friendly. The managers quite often roll up their sleeves and run a register, stock a shelf or mop up a mess if need be. The butchers/meat dept. go out of their way to try to accommodate customers and do it with a smile. The store prices are not the cheapest in town but it has a pretty good selection and the reward card can help save money on gasoline.

Great salad bar and hot food selection. Deli is great too. Prices are what you expect for a price chopper better quality though than Wal-Mart.

OMG. I am from Oklahoma City. I am visiting my son and his family. I used to live here. But moved to be closer to my Mom. The employees were absolutely helpful and pleasant. I felt lost at first. Made me feel right at home again. Now I can prepare some tasty treats for my son and his family. 😉

This is your standard home town grocery store. The prices aren't always the cheapest but they are always fair and they often have sales on commonly used items. The fuel program they have is also a great help to families. 100x better than groceries at w-mart.
I took 1 star off because I know an individual who used to work there and I know that some of there employee policies are less than desirable.response / report this review -

Excellent quality produce. The deli foods are all freshly made and the meats and cheeses are outstanding. The price on most items is reasonable and always a good sale on something.

It's my preferred grocer. Most prices are great but one must still shop smartly. Great deli and butcher. Not sure about the bakery yet but it smells good. Always clean and stocked. Great managers specials! Good job so far.

I love this store. The employees you see today are the same ones that were there working 10 years ago! You can tell folks enjoy working here, they are all friendly and the staff is consistent. They get to know you, ask how things are going, it's just a friendly environment. It's a tad more expensive than WM but the quality is superior as well making this a money saver for me when it comes down to quantity vs. quality.
