  I've ordered 2 or 3 times from Corvette Central and each time my items arrived within a few days and the orders were 100% correct. There are WAY too many Corvette "specialty" websites who offer horrible customer serviceit's a pleasure to do business with one who obviously prizes their customers. Corvette Central will be my #1 choice from here on out.

  Let me talk about my terrible customer service experience. Calling their support line is just about impossible. I waited for a half hour one day, with no answer. When emailing customer support, the representatives are extremely unhelpful and unwilling to make things right with the parts I was sent (which were incorrect).
  
  The only reason I chose Corvette Central was because they had a part in stock that other vendors didn't currently have. Guess what, a month later I still don't have that part. Upon speaking to "customer service" on the phone, she accused me of buying an out of stock part. How is that even possible?
  
  Moral of the story, STAY AWAY from these guys. They don't deserve your business, and don't treat their customers with respect and dignity. I should have read these other reviews before I decided to buy.

  Well, we got the part right, it's about 2" x 1", weighs about 2 ounces. For shipping, I got charged $8.99 and got a BIG USPS box in the mail. Although it did include a catalog, I had not ordered but was forced to pay it to get to my place. GUYS. let's keep it real, this is not what I call great customer service. I hope somebody is taking note here.

  Ordered Dec 12, recieved email that item in Stock and shipping would be 12/14. On 12/31 I had to contact to ask what happened.
  I recieved answer vendor had an issue and now shipping will be Jan 14 2017.
  Regardless of where you obtain parts it is corvette central to meet your commitments.
  This is wrong on all levels of great customer satisfaction.
  Will never order again from them. Lots of other parts places that honor commitments.

  Was looking for a CB mount for my C7, missed free shipping which by a couple days, Heather was rude and stated nothing she could due, customer service skills very lacking. Called back few hours later,got Kim, told her that Mid- American had it for a cheaper price. Their policy is we have to send email with their competitors add, it would have to go to a manager so they could make sure it was the exact same, if so they'd email back in a few days stating they would match. Why would I go through all that, seems like they should be able to pull on the spot and either match or not. That is the way it works with other sites, Best buy even does that at the checkout. Needless to say I went ahead bought the one from their competitors and called it a day. They need to get a grip, they are not the only game in town. Very ignorant in my experience today, they love to argue with you on the phone. They need some training in customer service.
