Oil light came on while driving north for vacation. A lady at the gas station recommended Auto Source. They were able to fit us in, and discovered our service tech at home, when replacing the crank shaft seal due to a slight drip two days earlier, had put the seal in backwards! Auto Source even gave us a loaner so we could go into town for lunch and see something other than the inside of their waiting area. If we lived closer, we would make Auto Source our go to for maintance and repairs. Thanks Will & Alex! You saved our weekend!

I've been very impressed by Auto Source. I first went there simply because it was the closest shop. But I've continued because of excellent service. They've fully taken care of every problem, giving me a quote before they began and keeping me up-to-date with the progress. Besides that, they’ve gone beyond what I paid for, even giving me rides to my new home (which is not so close as before) when they needed to keep the vehicle overnight. When I drop off my vehicle but then am not able to discuss what specific services I would prefer, I tell my wife to let them do what they think is best—I totally trust their judgment.

When it comes to auto repair, Auto Source is what the doctor ordered. The manager is friendly and knowledgeable and they took care of a difficult issue promptly, accurately and at a reasonable price. If they could do anything better it would be to be less busy, but I guess the secret is out and I can deal with that. Great job!

I am going to start with something positive about this place. Will the manager is a super nice guy to deal with. But my reading is very low because I am NOT happy with the service I was provided for what I was charged. My vehicle acted the same way after I gave them money to fix it. I know some people have better luck with places then others. After everything's said I am no longer going to use them for my services.
