The theater is beautiful but they have the most incompetent and arrogant sound engineers I've ever had to work with. They are very rude and obviously have no idea how to run sound. Besides working with them, I also I saw two concerts of famous European singers there and they were both wrecked by the sound engineers. If you decide to do an event there I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to hire and bring your own sound engineer to run your show. It will make the difference from you show being "Meh" to being "Wow!"

I just left this place to pick up my credit card along the $30 cash I have left yesterday. Nice lady called me this afternoon to let me know that I can pick up my belongings. It is amazing !!!. Thank you Copernicus Center crew !!!!!

This place deserve more than just five stars, deserves a brief WHY
It is very comfortable, and staff very polite.
I liked the way they have the interior decorated and very comfy seats.
Quick access in and out!

The theater is very well kept and clean. The only downside was trying to figure out where my seat was on the main floor. The whole aisle 3 or 4 process was kind of annoying to figure out but the staff were very nice and helpful. They told us the best way to get to our seats and were very polite. I've been here twice now and would definitely come if any other groups I like play here.

Went there a couple weeks ago for a B1A4 Concert. The place was well kept and was in a very good location. It's very beautiful captivating. I hope they do another Kpop concert again.
