Horrible!!! We travel from Greensboro early in the morning that his appointment was at 10.15am and they end up calling him inside the building until 1.30pm. They are unprofessional their educational is very low and unorganized. Everybody had a attitude when we ask questions knowing we are very tired as well being outside the cool with no food and water. If they don't like what they do then they should never apply a position where they cannot handle!!! -10 out of 10

Terrible customer service. No information desk when I went. The employees are rude with no patience. Also, this place was very unprofessional because there is no order. I had a number and at the time I went inside the building the number was worthless due to them not having order. They didn't even have pens to fill out a form. The consul was asking for a pen instead of providing them to the people.

Not good at all. You make an “appointment” for one time, to come in to the completely full and your treated as if you don’t even have an appointment. If your planning on coming don’t make an appointment it’s pointless you rather just be waiting outside at 7:30 before opening to be the first ones in . You should plan on staying for hours here , just like the dmv . No order, no organization.

Horrible. Been waiting on the "only person" that can help my grandmother to come back from lunch for over two hours now. And when she finally got back she had an attitude. 0 stars You'll have to plan your whole day around a visit here.

I can't believe how incredibly unprofessional this consulate is. First off, we come and there is no one at any of the SIX counters because apparently all the employees are at lunch and don't get back until 1:15pm. What type of mess is this? So people are literally waiting in line in an empty lobby until these so called "employees" get back from lunch. Second, the website has a phone number which these "employees" must never hear ring because NO ONE ANSWERS EVER! I'm sorry but this place is a joke. Great way to represent El Salvador. Whoever runs this place should immediately be fired! I wish I could give this dump 0 stars for the 0 service they provide.

What a funny operation. They treat you as a miss behave child. Very unprofessional attitude. I will recommend you to become citizens in order to avoid such disrespectful situations. Is that a reflection of El Salvador kind of goverment?
