Connie did everything we needed effectively and efficiently. She fights for her clients and makes sure you get what you are actually looking for. Not just looking to close to make her commission. She is knowledgeable not only on the market, but on structural details of homes which was a huge plus. She’s always available and a pleasure to be around. I'd highly recommend Connie Sadowski. When I initially spoke with Connie, my intentions were to just interview realtors to assist with selling my home; however, after speaking with Connie, I ended my call and immediately called my husband and told him that "I want Connie to help us sell our house." Throughout our first conversation, Connie provided a wealth of knowledge about the selling process, her goals as a realtor and as a person in general. Connie was very honest, open-minded, knowledgeable, confident and overall welcoming. She eased all my concerns and fears about selling our house, and I trusted her abilities and experience. Connie did not disappoint!

We scheduled an appointment with Connie to come see the house. Prior to our scheduled appointment, Connie sent me an email that included "tips & tricks on how to improve my homes value." Upon arriving, Connie came prepared and provided us with a folder that included information about the selling process, comparable homes that recently sold in our area, and a "to do list." She brought in personal items to stage our home and ensured that our home was "model ready." Connies marketing strategy is phenomenal. We found ourselves critiquing other homes online after viewing how our house was showcased.

I loved that Connie was straightforward and did not sugar coat anything. If something needed done, she let us know immediately. During the entire process, Connie stayed engaged. She'd always answered our text and calls in a timely manner, and made certain that we always had a clear understanding after asking questions.

When a prospective buyer would schedule a showing, Connie would send a courtesy reminder, also she would provide feedback from the prospective buyers, and offered suggestions throughout the entire process, and prior to inspection. Connie also came to our closing and offered guidance, and suggestions.

Connie is also very professional. At times, when I became frustrated with the process, she assured me that things would be ok. My entire family adored Connie. Especially my three year old granddaughter, who insisted on following Connie around to help with staging the home while asking 100,000 questions and Connie was unbothered. I truly felt like we were Connies only clients.

Connie did a great job to the smallest detail in helping us buy and sell our home. She is very personable, even helping with my kids during the process (who grew quite attached!). She went out of her way on several occasions to be available and assist us however needed along the way. We really appreciated working with Connie during this time!

Connie is by far the best type of realtor you could ask for. She takes the time to walk you through every step of buying a house. We had never bought a home before and the process was intimidating at first. Connie took the time to eliminate any confusion and provided such a wonderful experience.
