  My cousin and I showed up without an appointment about an hour before closing tonight. We were able to both received the royal pedicure and our nail techs were professional and gentle. We plan to come back again and again. We enjoyed our experience and our toes look so pretty! Thank you :)

  Today was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I'm hesitant to return if this is typical. I had a dual manicure booked for myself and a family member, and we ran 15 minutes late for the appointment. I called to alert the salon that we were running late, and as no one picked up, I left a voicemail. Upon arrival, I discovered other clients were taken in during our appointment window. Had I not called, I would have understood this, but once we arrived, the woman working the front desk appeared confused about our appointment and had no idea we were running late.
  
  Unfortunately the clients taken in our place had significantly longer needs. In sum, we spent over an hour and a half there for a child manicure and just polish manicure.
  
  In the salon, there's a sign posted stating walk-ins are taken based on who arrived first unless you have an appointment. I had a scheduled appointment, but several people who arrived after us were taken ahead of us.
  
  The actual manicures were lacking. My manicure in particular was quite painful, with my cuticles being trimmed so close to my nail bed that I have multiple cuts. I have already removed the polish as the job had several air bubbles and missed spots. I called out one of the spots, and it was fixed in the shop, but unfortunately due to time constraints I chose to leave with a poor manicure.

  The entire US Nails 3 team is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I'd recommend the shop to anyone. Special shoutout to Mai and Andy for their incredible work and attention to detail!

  Updated Review. I got my nails done here SNS. The staff here is ALWAYS so friendly fun and nice. Linda has done my nails twice and they were flawless first time gel second time sns french ombre and third time was today with Tony. I got steele gray with a party nail is what I call it. My appt was at 245 and I barley had any wait. They do my nails CORRECTLY. SNS is nice and thin snd its applied right. Also one of the cleanest nail salons i’ve ever been too. Ill never go anywhere else!

  Tina always does an amazing job!! She's very friendly and always takes her time and makes sure everything is just as you want it! Andy does great pedicures and love his sense of humor! Tony is always very friendly and very accommodating!!
