Mr. Sobecki and his assistant Mr. Noonan were very professional. They were compassionate to me as a client and made excellent recommendations. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Tom was absolutely amazing! He was open and honest about all of my options and what he would recommend, but was never pushy and listened to my concerns. I was made to feel like family, and because of him we came out on top! If I could give him 10 stars I would. I recommend him to EVERYONE!

Attorney Sobecki recently represented me in an important matter. He was diligent and very thorough in his work. Especially noteworthy was Mr. Sobecki's strong and powerful advocacy on my behalf. I would not hesitate to retain him again if I need an attorney in the future.

When I reflect on my three year association with Attorney Thomas Sobecki, the words that come to my mind are honesty, integrity, professionalism, and promptness. He is honest, never sugar coating, bending the truth, or promising anything that he couldn’t deliver. Attorney Sobecki holds himself to a high ethical standard and his integrity is important to him. It showed as he treated all parties involved in my case with respect, even the opposition. I know he listened to me, empathized, and helped me stand up for myself. The legal system is slow, but Attorney Sobecki is not. He responds to phone calls and emails usually within 24 hours, many times sooner. I read what he wrote others concerning my case. Email communications to others were copied or forwarded to me. I did not question what my attorney was doing with my case. The communication between us was fast, clear, and thorough. I cannot emphasize that enough! If Attorney Sobecki was unavailable, his Legal Assistant, Dave Noonan, documented messages and facilitated prompt responses. I think the prompt communication and attention to detail was unique and exceeded my expectations. I found that reassuring. I recommend Attorney Sobecki to others who have employment issues and who desire to work with a highly principled attorney that they can trust.

Tom Sobecki has been our personal lawyer for over 25 years. He's an excellent attorney with broad and current knowledge of applicable laws, and jurisprudence. Tom is very articulate and an effective communicator of legal issues. He has strong grasp of employment and labor laws. On a more personal note, Atty Sobecki is easy to talk to and sincerely compassionate. A rarity in the legal profession.
