  The customer service of this studio is trash. There were no black out curtains as it said on the website. AC was not cold enough to make the space a reasonable temperature. Some of the light stands did not work correctly. There was no apple box. There's no wheelchair access after 6pm(?), which was a problem for us. I wouldn't waste your time with this place.

  This place is a dump (Olympic). Super dirty. The walls on the studio I rented are full of stains- definitely needs some update.

  I can only speak for the shop portion of this business. I tried calling multiple times over several days regarding their seamless paper and v flats. Their voicemail is full and I wasn’t able to reach anyone. I also sent an email to their posted email address and received no response. I found it completely unreliable.

  Except for the inconvenience of the parking lot,
  the studio is very satisfying.
