Love the location of this place and the hours. I took my golden retriever puppy there when he was about 4 months old and it was his first daycare experience. He was super worn out when I picked him up - which was great! However, during the middle of the night he threw up.. not sure what he could have gotten into while he was there, but it was something and made me feel as though they don't pay as much attention to the dogs as I would like. Also, I picked him about an hour before they closed and he was in a small isolated area with a handful of other dogs because they were cleaning. I love that they are cleaning the dog area, but I feel as though they should do this when they close. I am paying for him to be able to play, not to be sitting in water while they are cleaning. I also thought they were a tad pricey and there isn't much of a difference for a full day or half day.

I boarded my dog there for the first time. I dropped off a active happy dog and picked up a limp lethargic dog who is now hospitalized. They claim that she ate well but I picked up nearly the same amount of food I dropped off after staying four nights. She became sick the last day and the vet care she received but poor. I would not recommend this place.

I like them and love the location. It is clean and they have vets on location. They are a bit pricy. I wish they would lower package prices just a little bit if they did I would bring my pup in much more often.

My dog loves this place! She goes for daughter daycare 2-3 times a week and comes home very happy, but very tired from her day of play! The staff are very eager to help and very friendly! The boutique area has lots of cute things for your pet, including healthy pet food, which my dog loves! I never have to worry about her when, whether she's in Dog day care or being boarded. They also have cameras in most areas so you can watch your pet with an app. I wish they would add another location!

We have been taking our boxer to Two Dogs and a Cat Pet Club since October 2016. She is usually there 3 times a week or more all day long. I have always been impressed with the staff and we have never been mistreated. I have never doubted their ability or willingness to care for her. She also sees Dr. Nilges at the Two Dogs and a Cat Veterinary Hospital. The staff in the vet clinic is always caring and professional and takes great care of my girl. I highly recommend giving this facility a try!

We had been taking our dog to daycare here since the place opened and came numerous times to pick him up to find him kenneled or separated from the other dogs. I had asked staff on multiple occasions to call me or my husband if our dog had to be kenneled so that I could come pick up, but our wishes were never honored. Last week on Monday and Thursday upon arrival to pick him up he was separated from the other dogs. At first we were told that he was picking a fight and when mentioning that he frequents the dog park and has never had an issue we were told he had been separated because other dogs were picking on him. The owner could not confirm how long he had been removed from the play group and told me he would call back Friday with more information and if he had been removed for longer than ten minutes our whole package would be reimbursed. Five days later and we have never received a call. While I used to praise this facility I will never recommend it again. The only thing consistent about this facility is providing constant excuses and providing inadequate care for the animals.

I watched my dogs on the camera. I told them not to separate them, cause my younger dig had separation anxiety away from the other dig. Several times I saw my younger dog, in a cage by himself whole the other dogs were free, roaming around playing, while he barked and tried to get out. When I picked him up he had a rub spot on his nose, from his trying to get out panic attack. They are cheap here. But my fue babies will NOT be back.

Dropped our 5 month old lab there for day care twice. When we went to pick him up on the first day, we were very curious and excited to hear how he did, since it was his first daycare experience. We asked the girl that brought him out, she goes "oh wonderful, he was having such a good time playing with everyone!" we then asked if he had been nice to the smaller dogs and she goes "actually, I was not out there Today so I wouldn't really know.." ok, then why even bother with the first comment?
They have like 4 people handling the front desk and the store, then they have only 1 or 2 people handling all the dogs in the back (a lot of dogs) one of the girls is always in a bad and cranky mood, and she seems to be a regular.
The second day we took him for day care, we pick him up and he doesnt have his collar on.. we ask, they said "it was probably too nice-looking and we took it off so he could play with the others :) " when we take a look at the collar at home, not only his tags were missing, the collar had bite marks all over.. playing they said, with so many dogs and one cranky girl, I wonder what type of attention/handling the dogs are really getting.
Not impressed with the actual people-attention the dogs get while playing and the general environment of the place specially for being one of the most expensive places in the area.

The very first time we went here I triple checked to make sure my dog's vaccinations were received. That morning, the staff couldn't find our dog's info. Then we took him here again, this time the system was down and the lady asked if I would be okay with her writing my card information down. I was really upset that they even asked this, but I said they could call me in the morning and I would pay over the phone. She called me twice that evening while I was out at dinner. Then, the third time, I came to pick up my dog, and the bath was more expensive than I was told. Although they honored the price, this evening I just check my phone to see two missed calls and voicemails. They thought my card didn't go through, and then another voicemail followed saying they were wrong. Well, needless to say they are friendly but extremely disorganized and their system is terrible.
