Chase and Andrew did a wonderful job on our porch. Thorough and profesional with great eyes on the details. My family is very pleased with working with Patriot Home Solutions.

Coating looked great when first done last November but about 6 months later small areas started to pop up. Naturally they said the warranty did not cover these dimples as they were not “perfect concrete.” I say they don’t stand behind their work. Will NEVER use them again, and will tell everyone to not even consider using them. Going to contact Better Business Bureau and file complaint.

Patriot did any excellent job on applying their Concrete Coating System by Penntek Industrial Coatings. The Installers were polite & courteous and the explained the process step by step. They were very professional, neat & organized. I would highly recommend them for any projects you have in mind.

They used a crack and seam filler that failed. Floor lasted a little over one year before it cracked and started to discolor floor. Way to expensive to not have a good reliable warranty. Owner came out to look at it and said it would not be covered under warranty. Not what they said trying to sell me the coating. What a scam. Now looking for reputable company to repair. Do not use Patriot Coatings. They rush the job and did not do quality work.
Response to Patriot: If you did quality work the filler would not have failed. Offering me to repair it for $400-550 is not acceptable. I could see a $100 or even $200 charge to repair but for what you charge for installation it should be free. I will stand by my claim that you did less than satisfactory work using sub par materials for filler. The filling job itself was sloppy and not even. I will continue to tell friends and others on social media to not use your company.response / report this review -

We are extremely happy with our new floor coating! The men showed up bright & early and worked very hard. They were friendly, efficient and professional. An A++ job & we highly recommend Patriot! We only wish we had done this years ago! 😁
