We have rental property and have had a couple garage door repairs needed after the spring broke. The service professional and the girl in the office is always very professional and did a great job on the repairs. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Our garage door broke free of the lift arm on Saturday afternoon with my car stuck inside. We called Overhead Door of St. Jo (we live in Platte City), and they said they could come out the next day on a Sunday. They arrived promptly on Sunday, and fixed it right away having brought the necessary parts with them. They only charged us the $80 fee to come out since it was such a quick fix.

Terrible billing practices. I had a garage door opener installed and was never sent a bill or invoice, or given a phone call. Instead, the next I heard about it was a final judgment letter from a collection agency. My credit score is now damaged because Overhead Door never talked to me. They've also not responded to any emails I've sent them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and emailed corporate offices. Avoid!!
