Talked to the owner and it changed my 1 star to 5 star. When someone can admit that a person made a bad call and a bad judgement.and then offer to completely rectify it in every way you would want -- can you judge them as poor customer service? Nope. That's 5 star customer service. Errors happen, how we fix them is what makes us who we are. Well done.

Our old IT support guy was always working on something costing us a fortune. For every hour he sent. We made the switch to Computer Solutions and we are on a flat fee IT Support plan. Now if we have to have work done on our Network it’s covered. What’s funny is things seem not to break anymore, lol.

After doing some shopping around we settled on Computer Solutions. Their prices where fair and the service agreement was a major factor. We reviewed several managed service provider quotes and none of them offered us the option to cancel at any time. This made the transition to them

Our company has relied on Medical Computer Solutions for over 5 years to provide outstanding IT services. Maintaining backups, computer security, network installation and maintenance keep our office up to date and secure. Joel and his team are top notch and responsive. Highly recommended!
