The doctor is nice enough but the waiting times are ridiculous. I've had scheduled appointments where I've been in the waiting room for 1 and a half to 2+ hours before being called back, sometimes even for vitals. I called to get my postpartum appointment earlier due to some complications and was basically told no that I couldn't, that I would have to wait until 6 weeks and then was hung up on.

I would have recommended this practice to any one and every one when it was Dr. Borquaye, and Dr. Sifford. Together they were a pretty good team. Very professional and caring. Always addressed my concerns and needs as a patient. Now that Sifford is gone and Moore is practicing I barely want to even go to my appointments. She seems very uncaring and doesn't seem to even want to be at the appointment herself. By no means would I ever suggest a single person to pursue the care of this place. There have been many times throughout this pregnancy that things showed up in testing as an issue, or during and ultrasound and I was not made aware of it until weeks later, which I find to be very unprofessional and borderline malpractice. It is very disappointing that such a wonderful practice is being run down. Cannot wait to deliver and finish all post delivery appointments. I am never coming back!

Horrible first impression! Not at all impressed with the staff/management! I get a phone call from one of the staff trying to get me to make an appointment and she asked for my personal information and I said I didn't feel comfortable giving that over the phone and she responded well do you want the appointment or not, we need it to verify insurance. No thanks.

I did have a complaint posted on here but I do have to say they called after seeing the complaint and they addressed every problem, so they do care, and seem to want to continue to become better. I've had an appointment since then and the people I interacted with were very nice, I think they have a new area cause I remember going in the beginning of the year and the office looking a bit different so I'm sure that's am adjustment for them.

I went in for my annual pap test with Dr. Moore. She was quite rude, before, during, and after the exam. I can deal with her rudeness, but not the pain she inflicted during the exam, the way she callously continued the exam after I told her it hurt and my back completely arched off the table from the pain, nor can I deal with her lack of explanation for WHY she didn't stop.

The only positive thing about this visit was the nurse who was in the room comforted me afterwards. I will never visit this practice again, and will NOT recommend it to family or friends.
