I just moved back to Hinesville, and I have not found a regular physician yet. I recieved quick treatment. Even a few days after Christmas. What a blessing!!

Our family have been seen here several times. Great staff with prompt and superb treatment! However, the lady responsible in the billing department did not exude confidence and knowledge. If we did not already have a good experience with the front desk and providers from before, I would have left.

I went in for a pre-employment physical. The staff was great. I did not have to wait long even though it is a walk-in clinic. It was overall a great experience.

Everyone was so amazing and attentive! It was kept in a fast paced manner (like everyone wants) yet not too fast so you were still able to actually communicate. Highly recommend and enjoyed the visit.

It was great. The people were very nice and help full. The only thing was there were a lot of patients so it took about an hour to get into the room but once I got back it was great

The actual medical procedure went very well, I wish I could give the radiology team, they were truly excellent.
On the other hand, pre and post procedure, I found myself wishing the nursing staff was more organized and aware of patient experience than their own world. Also, the nurses couldn't find what they needed sometimes, and some equipment had to be borrowed from another place in the building and the nurses verbalized how protective they were of the equipment. The nursing staff didn't seem to be on the same page with each other, one stating to another 'if I had done that it wouldn't be like that', or talking of a nurse that wasn't in the room: she should not have left while she has a patient with high blood pressure, but never went to check on that patient.
A good 360' measure and a good systems manager cold make a very quick !world of difference' for the nursing team.response / report this review -

I am from out of state and needed to stop for medical attention on my way home. The staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous and efficient. The care I received from Henry was professional and the treatment provided was very effective. Thanks so much for making it possible to enjoy the rest of my vacation.
