This is the worst experience I've ever had at any type of clinic. My appt was at 8 o'clock, I was here at 740. And I have YET to be seen by any doctor or nurse. I'm still in the waiting in the waiting room for my surgery that was scheduled 2 hours ago. The wait is terrible & so is the time management. There needs to be major changes in this dental facility. I will not recommended this place to anyone.

The facility itself is nice and clean. However, I was instructed to accompany my fiancé to his appointment and he was to arrive at 0745 in the morning. We arrived early, and as I look at my watch currently it reads 0939. We are still waiting in the lobby to be seen. There are at least ten other patients waiting with us. I'm sure they were given the same instructions that we did. Better time management and scheduling practices are needed.

I was in so much pain I was referred to over four different oral surgeon offices and all four said that they wouldn't be able to get me in for an appointment for one wisdom tooth until the end of August. I called Dr. Myers office and the front desk assistant got me in the same day at 2:30. It was a pretty long wait but when you go to a busy business you have to have patience. The staff was wonderful , Dr Myers was wonderful , very professional. He was very honest with me that no medication would help this pain the tooth had to be removed, he removed the tooth the same day in 20 minutes. Woke up the next morning and the bleeding had slowed down a great deal, the staff even called to check on me, they made sure I was squared away. I most definitely enjoyed my experienced thank you to the entire staff and the awesome doctor . My experienced was with wonderful.

Just got my wisdom teeth removed here, awful experience. They were understaffed, and overworked, and it showed. I showed up 20 minutes early to my 7:00 appointment, and wasn't even seen until over an hour and a half later. The time for surgery finally comes and it was stuff from nightmares! I wake up in the middle of the surgery and obviously start freaking out a little. I kept asking the dentist, and his assistants why I'm awake, and if I'm supposed to be awake, only for my questions to be ignored. Literally as soon as the last tooth was pulled, the dental assistant shoves gauze down my mouth, sends me out the door with blood running down my face and shirt.

I understand that some things are normal, or aren't that big of a deal. I also understand that the staff probably has a lot on their plate, and deal with these types of things regularly. However, I don't go through surgery every day, and would have appreciated them being a bit more accomidating, and helpful. Especially when I wake up in the middle of the surgery and want to know what's going on.

This place was phenomenal!! As soon as I walked thru your doors, I had and instant feeling that I was going to be taken care without any hassles. After having a botched wisdom tooth removal (not done by Southern Georgia Oral Surgery) that left me with an abscess and a massive infection that left cause incredible swelling and pain that developed in just a couple of days , Dr. Myers and his team were extremely courteous and helpful to solved my problem. All I had to do was give them a phone number and they handled the rest of getting all of the information that pertained to my situation. I would MOST DEFINITELY would recommend ANYONE in the Hinesville or Waycross area to come see Dr. Myers with their oral surgeon needs. Thank you once again to Dr. Myers and his team!!

My wife had a tooth extraction and the nursegave us a script for pain medication with the wrong name on it. We spent the entire next day getting the run around even had the staff give an attitude. Long story short the Dr was great but the staff suck. They are quick to get your money but show no concern for their patients.
