Amy was our Rep and she did an amazing job. She got me all set up during check-in and when it was pouring rain at drop off she did all the work - even though I offered to assist. Super nice, I'll definitely recommend this location to my family & friends!!

Horrible customer service. Had an issue with a hold they had on my debit card got yelled at then hung up on because I wanted to know why when my bill was paid in full. Then took two weeks to get them to reverse the hold.

I got a hitch and wiring put on my car from this dealer in June of 2017. The first time they installed the wire they had the wire resting on my muffler in 2 places!!! The wire melted So I took it back in The cut the existing wire and had to reorder the wire After 3 weeks they finally got the wire in Put it in and taped it to where they cut it Now under my car I have 2 wires taped together. They couldn't rerun the wire from the battery to my taillights. I go back there.. And the guy told me that is Okay. Yea its okay til the warranty is up! Then when the tape falls apart I'm paying to get it fixed. I asked for a manager and he wasnt there. Waiting on him to call me now. Not pleased!

My boyfriend and I have used there services twice. Both times, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The store is always clean, both inside and out. I plan to continue to use them for all of my moving needs.

My first time using a U-Haul service the people there were super nice in work with me I needed to rent more equipment the following day and will continue to use their service in the future. My only complaint was renting a self storage pod was not a seamless experience but if I ever need to do that again I'll know what to do.

My rental was perfect. In fact, I had two rentals in the same week and both went great!
The staff was very professional and friendly. I checked in online which made the process very fast. I will definitely rent here again.. if i ever need to.

If you need propane don't waste your time. 3 times I have come to this location and they are under staffed most days. When you do have the chance to interact with someone they a super friendly and helpful.

Flawless transaction. Very kind and personable staff. Management went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of me. I have utilized several different U-Haul locations within Fort Wayne and this one is by far the best across the board.

Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. We rented two U Boxes several months ago. That process on the phone was quite simple with the national office. Once I arrived at this location they acted like they've never dealt with people before and had no idea how to go about their business. Today when I picked up my two boxes to get my stuff back it took them 90 minutes to put the boxes on a trailer. At one point he asked me what I was towing the trailer with when I had already reserved a truck by phone a week ago, and had just talked to him about the size of truck minutes before. Not sure what they're smoking but I don't want anything to do with it.
