Staying over Christmas. Very friendly, good food, reasonable rates. Mostly clean. Carpet needed a shampoo. Black feetwear socks.
Lots of variety to pick from at breakfast. 😁

We, family of 5, spent 4 nights with adjoining rooms. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The free breakfast was good as well!

Everything looked fine when we first got to our room then I kept finding things. Small bugs everywhere flying around biting us. Went to the rest room and when we used the toilet paper the insert in the wall came out. It smelled moldy n musty in the room as well. The shower is another story. Looks as if they used an insert over an old tub. The newer insert looked to have a crack in the base of the tub. When I pulled on the water faucet to turn on the water it pulled out of the wall as well as the water spout. This was never sealed to the tub. There is rust marks on the sprinklers, do they actually work? There are more but I believe this is enough to help someone looking at this hotel. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the front desk personnel were nice!

The evening and grave yard staff were professional and helpful..
Although in the morning because of many dropped calls at my desk I was behind schedule thus I asked for a 12 noon check out when the young gal at the front desk called the room about 11:17 and insisted I check out at 11:30.. and then LIED about being booked up. .when I called her on it. she power played me and threatened to call the policeShe does not belong in customer service

My wife and I were very pleased to find our room better than we expected. The picture on your website was exactly like our room. Beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. And the young man at the desk, Vincent, even helped my wife with the bags while I parked the car. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. A great room at a reasonable rate, we hope Comfort Inn continues to provided such value for your dollar.
