Friendly staff, good breakfast. The hotel is a little older and is showing it's age but the room was roomy and comfortable (with 2 TVs) and the price was great.

Every time I visit relatives we always gay at Best Western. We went once to what they called a high end hotel rooms were just ok breakfast was blah. Best Western is clean quiet and like family

Very bad experience with 3 different rooms in three days due to cigarette smell in room, broken hvac unit/ no heat, room not cleaned thoroughly. Pool not stocked with towels even after calling front desk/ had to get own towels off of housekeeping cart in hallway/ pool water temperature uncomfortably cold. Breakfast buffet out of items 2 of 3 days during our stay, no plan to restock for guests still arriving at breakfast service time. Bill inaccurate at checkout, had to show booking confirmation quote to front desk clerk to get bill adjusted. Front desk clerk dressed in "sweats" at checkout, very unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this property.

Hot breakfast was really good! Bacon, potatoes, and red and green bell pepper omelet with cheese inside on first day and same on 2nd, except sausage patty instead of bacon. Also offered was 2 kinds of yogurt (light and regular), fruit cup, OJ, apple juice, waffles with 4 different toppings, pastries and doughnuts, coffee, and oatmeal with 4 different add-ins. Bottled water was available for free at front desk.

Front desk person was courteous all 3 times. Room was clean and spacious. Refrigerator and microwave both worked. The toilet handle was very hard to push down and would continue to run until pulled back up. Water got hot rather quickly, but cold water didn't get very cold. AC and heater worked perfectly. Bed was comfortable, and the cylindrical pillow to place under my legs was my favorite.

There are a number of fast food and sit down restaurants near the hotel.

I would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at this hotel several times before. Nice suites, lots of room. Bed and pillows are very comfy. Bathroom is lacking a fan but otherwise a larger than some bathrooms. Clean and comfortable room. Usually our stops are for very short duration as we are traveling thru the area so we can't take advantage of the hotel's features. Will use this hotel again in the future.

A hidden treasure. The Pickerington Best Western Executive Suites is clean, quiet, roomy and comfortable. It's a bit hard to locate - behind the Hampton Inn, near the Cracker Barrel - but great quality for a low price.

It was a satisfactory experience since the purpose of our visit was to see family in the area. And the rooms were a nice size, beds comfortable, bathroom clean, staff at check in friendly and competent. But the pool was closed for the entire holiday weekend with no explanation and no discount or other accommodation. The breakfast was good but there was a sign up at the door telling you not to take food or beverages out of the breakfast room which is an inconvenience when travelling with kids or others who like to eat a little later or prefer eating in the room.

This was our 2nd stay here because our family is so close by as are all kinds of stores and restaurants, and we would have continued to stay for our future family visits but the inconvenience of the breakfast and the pool and other things have made us decide to look at other hotels in the area

We stayed in this hotel for 6 days while flipping a condo in Canal Winchester. We needed an inexpensive place to lay our heads after a long day of hard work. This hotel is a hidden jewel. It is in a great location - within walking distance to a Cracker Barrel and La Fogata a Mexican food restaurant. It is somewhat hidden behind a few restaurants. This is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! This hotel is a hidden jewel. It is clean, quiet, well kept and is a great place to stay if you want a quiet place to rest. The breakfast was good, nothing fancy, but kept clean with hot and cold food. You are not able to take the food out of the eating area however. The hotel has a nice indoor pool and a small workout room. The front desk staff are professional and knowledgeable, while not always the friendliest, they are not rude at all. Overall, this hotel is excellent. We will stay when we return to the area.

Televisions are terrible, half the channels do not come in. I thought hotels all had good cable Breakfast Was not great by any means. There was an awful sulfuric smell in the hallways. The floors creaked and you could hear everything from the other rooms. Thank God there were no bed bugs! All in all, it should have been 50 dollars per night, because it felt like motel 6. Other than that, I needed a bed and they had one.

Very nice and clean to walk in the door. The smell was fresh clean air. The room was larger than I expected. It was very home feeling comfortable. I really appreciate the clean bathrooms and delicious breakfast.

Rooms are huge, very spacious. All new furniture and carpet in guest rooms and wonderful staff. Enjoyed my stay and definitely one of the best - Best Western.

The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. This is my deciding factor of where I choose to stay. The hotel is also quiet and I felt safe. When google the address it did not take me to the door but a road that runs next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and business like. My only compliant was there was no ice machine on the second floor where I stayed. I had to go the the first floor to get ice.

There were signs up that they were under construction so I am guessing this was the problem, although there was a soda machine.

We had a great stay here. No issues checking in or out. The price was right for excellent accommodations. Everything seemed very clean and nice, even though they were redoing a lot of the rooms. I would stay here again!
