Dr. Waters is fantastic -- totally professional and her staff are great. Just had a crown made the other day and she clearly uses the latest technology -- it was super cool to watch her create my crown right there on her computer screen and then have it crafted in the next room 10 minutes later.

I've been going to Clear Creek for a while now and every time it's been awesome. Dr. Waters must be great to work for because I always have the same hygienist. Mary is great and remembers things that we talk about from my past visit. I like that little more personal touch. Great staff and great dentist. I would highly recommend them.

I'm a new patient, and needed a quick evaluation of a problematic tooth. I was scheduled promptly and efficiently. At the office I was greeted warmly and professionally, and every part of the procedure was explained to me by Dr. Waters and her competent staff. Every aspect of the office conforms to CDC directives. To top it off, the view of the nearby mountains from my chair was spectacular.

Dr Waters is an awesome dentist and person. Her staff and new office is amazing! She really took the time to assess my problems and provided excellent care and service. Her assistants and hygienist took great care of me, and were very professional and friendly. The whole team seem more like friends than just providers. Dr. Waters used the laser for my fillings and I didn't need any anesthetic! I was able to go right back to my normal routine. Best dental experience hands down.

Please be weary of this dentist. I had 2 botched fillings from her that ended in 2 root canals. My current dentist is going through each crown and a bridge that were done by Dr. Waters and all of them were done to very poor standards and all of them are being replaced. I do not believe that she is ethical or honest. Don't waste your time or money.

Dr. Waters and her staff are professional and friendly. There are 2 hygienists who have made teeth cleaning a breeze! I highly recommend the office, soon to be moving across the street to a brand new building. Can't wait to see it finished.

I have been a patient of Dr. Waters for over four years. I have had significant dental work done so I was very particular with whom I would let work on me. I made the perfect choice! Dr. Waters and her staff start by asking questions and listening to the answers. They explain each procedure and make appropriate recommendations. I just left the office today from a routine cleaning and my hygienist was Nicole. She was outstanding; very thorough and personable. In the past I have had hygienist Mary and I also found her to be professional and personable. After each cleaning Dr. Waters has always taken the time to thoroughly review my xrays and teeth and to make sure I felt listened to and taken care of. At every opportunity I will refer Dr. Waters.

The hygienists and dentist are awesome, but the receptionist is the rudest person you will ever meet. Barb will hang up on you, tell you she scheduled an appointment for you and ask you to confirm. Even if you don't confirm you will get charged with missing an appointment you didn't schedule! If you call to talk to Dr. Waters personally about Barb and how she treats you, you are told you can't talk to her that you must go through Barb. Evidently Dr. Waters doesn't care according to Barb. Because of this we will no longer use her service, nor will we recommend anyone to them.

We have been using Dr. Water's services for at least 6 years. She and her staff are always friendly and professional. They made a set of dentures for my mother, who has Alzheimer's, and were extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. The office is very modern, and Dr. Water's seems to keep up to date on new developments in the dental field. We chose and have been very happy with Dr. Waters because she does not practice the kind of assembly line dentistry that seems to be the norm in most other dental offices these days.
