By far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. It's an independent dealership, that has very few people working for them, but man what a great crew. I worked with Kurt and the guy was awesome. Not pushy. Listened more than he talked, very friendly. I only wish car buying experience was this easy everywhere. Got a great deal on the truck I bought, well below the KBB and any other sellers including private. This place should be your first and last stop if you are looking for a used car or a truck. By Design Auto Group - number one independent dealer in the state, number one independent dealer in our hearts!

I had a great experience with By Design Auto Group. I had been browsing for a vehicle for quite some time and finally found one that had everything I was looking for. The only issue was I did not live in the area at all. J was very helpful in getting me any info that I asked for and since I didn't live in the area he sent me a very detailed video of the vehicle. I was very cautious about buying the vehicle sight unseen but J was very helpful like I said and they shipped the vehicle right to my door. When I received it it was exactly what I was looking for.

I had a great experience in buying a vehicle at By Design Auto. I first became interested in a vehicle they had because it was exactly what I was looking for, looked in great condition, AND was listed at the best price I could find anywhere online. I corresponded for several weeks via email asking questions about the vehicle I was interested in. They were always very quick to answer all my questions fully. When I finally arrived the vehicle was exactly what I was hoping it would be, based on the website description and additional information they had given me. Customer service was excellent. Negotiating process was with one person, no back and forth, no tacky sales talk, and I feel I was given a very fair deal on the final price of the car AND my trade-in. It was such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company. If they have the vehicle you are looking for just go there, don't waste your time at other dealers. Very great customer service! I was calling to inquire some questions about BMW X5, J patiently explained to me even though I only inquire information to buy a BMW from a private party, also he recommend which shop I should go for car inspection. This spirit are deserve to be promote.

Just purchased a Truck from Jason. Absolutely the best buying experiance I have ever had. They are very helpful, upfront to deal with. They even let me take the truck to my mechanic shop to look over. Would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They always have the cleanest inventory around.

I would not recommend this place. Do not deal with Jason he will say anything to look good. He is a major liar and would probably rip of his family members too if given the chance. He likes to sell vehicles that need work and refuse to fix them the correct way and then blame it on other people.

Both J and Jason are incredible!! I had bought a car through J a few weeks ago. When things didn't work out with the first car, they did more than they ever had to do just to make me happy. I ended up walking out of the dealership today with a 2013 Subaru Legacy and I am overjoyed. I have never had a better customer experience buying anything at any other place. Their cars are all in mint condition, they take excellent care of both their customers and their cars! I'm a first time car buyer so this experience could have been a lot more stressful for me than it was.
