If there was a 10 star you’d guys be the first to ever get ten stars from me and I’m not an easy person to please. My name is Dustin Lynch I went to the dealership and was greeted by a gentleman named Mark Wasick. He was the most kind and helpful sales consultant I have ever seen (I had seen many prior in just this week of meeting this gentleman) I went to many dealerships looking for a car just in this week and ended up here with you all at “College Buick Chevrolet.” I had one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had with your team. After being there I was not pushed, he let me choose the car and then when I came across a brand new 2017 Sonic I did not think I could get this car. I then met a gentleman named Jason Upthegrove and he was very kind and friendly as well! Both of these two combined made getting car feel like it was a natural and easy thing. I couldn’t get the car the first day but came back the day after and worked things out. Something incredible happened the second day and I was offered an opportunity to be apart of this team and I couldn’t have been more shocked and happy with how things went! I will definitely be purchasing other cars from here and most certainly telling every person to come see your staff! God bless you all and thank for you for helping my family get a safe and great car!

Bought what I believe to be a good car here for my granddaughter ( time will tell ) during the test drive I commented that the A/C was not putting out very cool. My salesman was Mark Wasick, very professional easy guy to do business with. The 2nd day after paying cash for it the A/C stopped working. I had to talk to used car sales manager ( ? ) to see if they would fix it no charge because Service Dept knew there was problem they recharged with dye (that helps find leak doesn't fix it, will leak out again) Not sure it sales manager under stood my point I think he had his speech already planned out as he was talking over me instead of listening . I took car to local shop had A/C repaired at a cost of $138.98 (is that worth losing future repeat business ? ) The people make the difference get them in the right spot

High quality small town GM dealership. I was very pleased with my buying experience and they were several thousand dollars below 2 other offers for same car. Service is excellent but you do need an appointment for an oil change as they don't offer a quick lube type lane. They do offer a free car wash during the summer months with service, including an oil change. Good people, great cars, excellent service

Friendly service and free car washes!
Plus, they do their best to save me money. My former auto maintenance used to ALWAYS find something wrong with my cars, while College will tell me nothing is wrong and send me on my way without paying ANYTHING! LOVE THIS!response / report this review -

Thank you Dale, Ben, Chuck, Jason and the sales staff. From the moment I drove into the dealership, there was someone to greet me and show me exactly where to go. Upon meeting Ben, I KNEW I would purchase from College. It actually started with the first contact with Dale over the phone. I could feel his energy through the phone. I was drawn to College and am super glad I followed what the Universe was saying. It was well worth the drive. I know its just a car, however, customer service is HUGE, and I received more than a car, it feels as if I met new friends and really good popcorn :-). Thank you doesn't seem like enough, so I'll end sending love and light to you all.

I have bought several cars from other dealerships in the past, and I can honestly say that my experience at College Chevy far surpasses anything I have ever experienced before. This was the first car I have purchased from them but it certainly will not be my last.
The entire Team there was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way that they could. Rob & Mark were especially great! They both went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car and to get it for a price that I could afford.
I could never thank College Chevy (specifically Rob & Mark) enough for their help in purchasing my most recent vehicle.I would (and have been) HIGHLY recommending them to anyone who is in the market for a new car.
