I asked for info on EA & was told they only do. Security Deposit Guarantee program. Then the next day I get all cause I left a voicemail to be told that they also have Home Prevention program. Just sad when you go & ask for help not everyone try to help

Reffered to them by Soujouner House when I went through a domestic violence assault. I wound up homeless, jobless and no help from so much in Milwaukee community. Still in circles for help and this place said flat out they could not help me because I did not have a job. This place is not helpful to those really in need..felt so discriminated against from so many places and this place was one!!!

We came to Covering Wisconsin in this building for help evaluating health insurance options after I lost my job. The waiting area is a quick lesson in urban life. The building is clean. The parking lot is treacherous for walking to and from your car, both in terms of holes and drivers. Sign in at the desk, and you won't have to pay for parking.

To bad i didnt get there names , but went in with appt. Waited 10min in a empty line for the customer service rep. To attend me while she was getting free chicken. To say just take a seat. Went in for the assistance and ive been in this same location for 4yrs 1st time this other rep wanted me to create online account for child support so i do so and without any help or info that id need a pin when i asked them she responded she knew and instead telling me that info because i would need to come back. She let me waste time . THEY WERE RUDE AND NOT SUPPORTIVE AT ALL. For that kind of services i would love a computer so i can do everything my self. That way THEY wouldnt br bothered on my family's needs.

After Jacoby & Meyers bankruptcy attorneys went bankrupt, consumer advocates received all of the case files. We were assigned to Johnathan Mas, a very wet-behind-the-ear "lawyer" who couldn't even figure out how to use his own voicemail or respond to emails. We told him NO THANKS even when his "Services" were offered to us free of charge.. obviously they weren't worth more than that based on what we saw.

I was looking for affordable housing and kept hearing about this place. Not only were they really rude but also, any listing they have is not up to date at all and the lady I talked to obviously didn't care at all. They are supposed to help make things better if they can for those in need, instead they help make things worse for those in need.
