I would give them no stars if I could. They have such horrible customer service! Improvement can be made by better telephone etiquette.

This knucklehead by the name of Dennis calls up demanding information over the phone. He won't say anything more than his first name. He makes all kinds of allegations based on PURE speculation.

He can't understand why someone won't give out information to an unsolicited caller of unknown origin that is irate and incoherently yelling legal threats in response to simple questions.

I reverse traced the phone number "Dennis" called from and found out it's Bruck Law Offices. The first thing I see is the 5 star review, THEY obviously left for themselves, to counter EVERY other review of their rude and unprofessional behavior. That this is from reviewer, "Your Mom."

Let that sink in once. A supposedly "professional" law firm creates a FAKE persona online, to "review" themselves, with the sole intention, presumably, to increase their Google rating. The "review" that, "Your Mom" writes, is little more than veiled insults aimed at previous reviewers.

Impersonation, deception and fraud that's professional behavior and why you may want to look elsewhere for legal advice or, God forbid, "legal services." Very childish, unprofessional and unethical.

This Lady at the Law Firm Was PURE EVIL, did not care about me trying to find out about who I owed.(Which I do not even owe this debt) She only was nice because she wanted to "Verify" my info, when I figure she was only out for money I did not owe or have, I told this Heffa, I hope she sleep at night being mean and nasty and taking money from a person with little income, I got a surprise for this heffa, I will be sending in my paperwork that will show I am exempt. Old Evil Demonic Witches and Warlocks Firm. I hope they all get Disbarred and shutdown!

Maybe if this was a customer service position you would feel better about yourselves. However debt collection is not customer service, you are not a client, you owe someone money and that is the bottom line.

Also there is no rule where you are entitled to a payment plan after waiting for years to contact your creditors. If you don't want to be sued you might want to do as the firm is requesting and do everything possible to obtain the money in the fastest time frame possible.

Another thing to keep in mind is everyone has extra bills that they don't expect to have happen but if you cant get them straightened out in a couple years time that is on you for not making it a priority. How many of you have gone and spent extra money on a "want" and not a "need" where that money could have gone to resolving past debt issues?

If everyone paid their bills on time there would be no debt collectors or lawsuits or garnishments. If you don't want to get called or sued get on a payment plan before it's too late. The ball is in your court. The Firm is just doing what they are hired for. And many of you are repeaters and you know the score and how it works and yet you still try to play the "I didn't know it was out there" card.

Terrible terrible. These people are beyond rude, they are not willing to work with anyone. The harassment and verbal abuse I received was inappropriate. I filed a complaint with the state. I hope these people get put out of business.

Hands down the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I had a $19,000 debt from a hospital that I have been trying to pay off. The customer service rep refused to give me any information until I paid the debt in full. He was rude and completely irrational as well as poorly spoken.

Being a collection firm, they're in a difficult situation for feedback/reviews. Some debt is created by deception or an angry former spouse trying to cause trouble to the other former spouse & these people wind up in the middle attempting to collect on this debt for an unsuspecting or innocent third party used as a tool of extortion or a financial weapon to hurt the other party. I found this firms people (Joe) understood the situation, were honorable & kept their/his word in pre-hearing discussions. In battle, if your opponent is honorable, even a loss is respected.
