  Our sales person was Joe Rebello and we couldn't have asked for a better person to represent the rv store as he did. He answered the so many questions my husband had for him. He made buying our motorhome a pleasure to purchase and helped guide us to the one he thought we would like. And we are so happy with our motorhome. Thank you.

  A little slow for my closing. I had a 1 pm appt. for closing and delv. The people b/4 me must have been late. I left Cincinnati and arrived on time, expecting to be taken care of at 1pm. So after approx. 45 minutes delay, they did the walk thru first. Then the closing followed.
  For me it wound up being a 10.5 hr. Day.. but happy with my travel trailer.

  We visited two other RV dealers before going to Colerain RV in Delaware. Experience at those were "OK" but when arriving at Colerain RV Delaware, service was escalated to a much higher level. We had a great salesman (Kelly Hall) who was so helpful--yet not pushy. He stayed in contact with us during the entire process, and kept us up to date on everything we needed to know. Since we have purchased the fifth wheel, Kelly has continued to touch base with us, making sure we are not having any problems especially since we are first time owners.

  From the salesman Jamey to the tech Lance who walked us through our new travel trailer, both took their time and showed great patience in answering ALL of our questions. I would recommend stopping at Colerain if you are looking for great customer service.

  We purchased a camper here in 2016. We choose Colerain largely because the sales staff was helpful and truly listened to our needs as a family. (Other dealerships were pushy and tried to sell us things that were not a good fit.). After our purchase, our experience with the service department for maintenance and warranty has also been stellar. Definitely stop here if you are looking or need service!

  Thanks to all the staff at Colerain RV at Alum Creek for the purchase of my travel trailer. All were very knowledgeable, and very helpful, the service tech answered all my questions and was very helpful in getting me to understand the working of all the components on my trailer. thanks again.

  During a recent "un-winterize" 4 day weekend at nearby campground, we discovered a bad leak in the back of our toilet when we plugged into city water for the first time. We called Colerain RV and Sam, the Service Manager, agreed to have one of his service techs look at the issue immediately. We unhooked, packed up, and within 15 minutes Lance had diagnosed the issue (a cracked valve) and within an hour we were fixed with a new valve and on our way back to Cross Creek. The service was fantastically attentive and the cost was surprisingly reasonable. We left happy campers despite a disconcerting inconvenience to our "shakedown" weekend.

  We store our boat here, great staff, they recently added a tire pump for campers and boaters so when you find a low tire on a trailer or your tow vehicle you can skip the gas station. They also have a huge selection of Trailers, RVs and related travel/camping gear!

  Sent email, and left voice message requesting info on a used camper. Didn't receive call back or follow up email so I called again the next day. Salesman on phone didn't know anything about camper I was requesting info on. He took my name and number saying he would find out details and return my call. I never did hear back from him. Very serious buyer that will not be spending my money with Colerain RV
