If you are looking for a vehicle, look no further than Cole Chevy in Bluefield, WV. Terry DeLisi made looking for a used vehicle such an easy process. He truly wants to help get you into a "right for you" vehicle. He is kind and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. At Cole Chevy you are a person, not just another commission. Then when it came time to go through the financing process, He and Jack were truly the most helpful and thoughtful. Jack went over and above to help me as well. They are two of the most genuine and kind people I have met in the business world. They worked with me and helped me beyond what I ever would have expected, and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle they helped get me into. I will recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to ask for Terry or Jack. I can't imagine I will ever buy another vehicle anywhere else or from anyone else.

I had a great experience. I needed a maintenance before I went back to Florida being that I left due to the hurricane. They welcomed our family very lovely and took care of my car pretty quick and I was ready to hit that road. The driver that drop us off to our friends house was also super nice 👍🏽

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Cole Chevy. My visit stemmed from a call answered by Terry. Terry was extremely polite, not at all pushy, and answered every question I had. This was important because I was planning on driving 5 hours to see and possibly purchase the truck. Communication was excellent , the truck was parked out front and cleaned up as promised. The rest of the process and experience at Cole was top notch. My dad and I were treated with respect and friendliness from everyone at Cole, employees held doors, made eye contact and said hello. Once I decided to purchase the truck the process was clear, simple and I drove it home with no issues. Jack in finance was excellent as well. I recommend this dealer, Terry thank you!

I was in the market for a pre-owned truck. I contacted Chris Thompson of Cole Chevy and he found exactly what I was looking for in less than a day. The truck arrived the next day and I was in and out of the door in no time.

Bought a truck from there didn't know until I had a flat tire 2 years later, that it did not have the tools in it to lower the spare down so is could change it. I called the sales manager Brad Green,I told him I needed the bar to lower my tire down and he ordered a lug wrench. I called back several times got a run a round about it saying he will return my call. This went on 8 days finally got him on the phone and he straight up called me a liar. Said I told him I needed a lug wrench. When I said I needed the bar to get my spare from under my truck. Then proceeded on to say he spent 80 dollars out of his pocket for that lug wrench. I called ramey Dodge because the wrench still has the sticker on it and it only cost 36. So I told him he was a true car salesman and hung up. Be the last car or truck I buy from there.
