I stayed here for a weekend, and it was hands down the best place we, my family, had stayed in all of the Keys. It was so quaint and cozy. There are always tropical animals roaming about which adds to the experience. My mother and I recommend this place to anyone that mentions they are going out of town. The scones the wife makes are to die for. Everything about this place from the view to the warm hospitality is worth the trip.

We love this place! We stayed next door once a the Seafarer and this place is much better. Paddle boards and kayaks are complimentary and the rooms are great. Scones are outstanding too!

We come down 2-3 times yearly & usually stay somewhere different every time. Honestly, for the location, cost, awesome pool, paddle boards & kayaks, and location on canal (with dockage) just the best all around place we've stayed. We were in 2nd floor in the E building, with big balcony/deck, nice chairs and table outside. It's all brand new. Beds and pillows comfy (could provide softer ones like feather pillows or the like). Nice sink space in bath. Big shower, nice shower head. Cable. Cold air conditioning despite the fact that we were on top (2nd) floor. Loved the grounds. Clean linens, but the only make up your room and exchange for re towels daily. We were there 4 days. I had to ask to have sheets changed once, but no biggie. You also have to go to office for extra towels if needed, they only leave 2 sets & we had 4 people. The curtains needed to be blackout or have shades, there were very pretty curtains, but with the porch lights and sunrise, you want dark to just sleep & to sleep in during vacation sometimes. The flooring was nice new grey porcelain wood look tile, but it was incredibly dirty. Our feet were black and the shower pad towel was dirty on the bottom, it didn't get on any of the luggage or beach bags. Besides all that, we will be staying here again (which we don't normally do). It's a perfect location and all around great family grounds.

Lovely cabin with a beautiful view. The free kayaks were right in front of our door to take out onto the sea, and the free scones in the morning were delicious. One morning, an employee even passed our table to offer us a tasty mango smoothie with our dessert. We had an absolutely lovely stay, and would definitely come back again.

Over priced! Is not a Marriott hotel.
