We had a wonderful stay at the park. We were located close to the harbor. Restaurants and shopping was a short bike ride away on well-groomed bike trails. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Gary the manager was super when it came to service. The park was clean, the hook-ups were great and we had no problems what so ever. I would recommend this park as a destination or a stop on your way down to Key West.

Very nice and quiet park within 1 min. to the beautiful water, very laid back atmosphere that we enjoyed for a month. Cable TV and Wifi worked great. Hope to see Sam and Lana next year!!!

I believe a zero star rating would be more sufficient. Unfortunately, Google doesn't have that option, so I reluctantly gave them one star. If you decide to chance your fate with this business, please take some advice and record ALL conversations with both people that run the place. Keep track of all money given to them, with specific details on what it is for. They will ask for cash, but will not offer to give you a receipt. Beware that if you do not document in detail what you paid for in advance, with proof of payment, they may double book your spot, then force you to leave the property before your rental time is up (abruptly and without proper notice). This allows them to make more money on the next people to come in. Even with proper proof of what you paid for, they can add charges for pretty much anything they can think of to raise your rate. The best advice is to just stay away. It will save you money and a terrible headache!

FYI: My understanding is that you have to be in Florida for at least 6 months before Florida law will allow you renters rights. This company is most likely aware of this. Therefore, they can use this information to benefit them.
