  Max I don't know what you talking about I know Danny he's a really good guy and he's not racist at all I am Puerto Rican and he has treated me good and with respect and yes they are cleaning up so I don't see what's the problem when they tell you to fix something out your house actually it's making it look better. unless you like your house looking trashy Max Seabreeze is great since I've been here. And I don't work here I'm not the manager I live here.

  This place sucks Ass there are cleaning up.but they need to get rid of the manager specially Danny that guy is whack out of his mind..they need to get rid of him he check your water meters and destroy the side skirts from mobile home then he gives you a pink paper what you have to fix and he lies on to so you will have to pay a fine especially if he doesn't like you and he is so races.new owners the only way to clean up this place is to ride of that guy and manager put new ones stay away from seabreeze

  This is the worst trailer park in the keys, there are crackheads everywhere and a manager of care free Maria Simon is is whacked out as they are, the maintaince guy drives around drunk all day . The boat dock manager lies to everyone saying the spots are taken. There is a new owner and don't be deceived they took all the bad reviews down but this place is horrible and if you don't join the cocaine click on the north side of the park they will complain about you! You've been warned stay away !

  I had the pleasure of watching a sunrise at the Sea breeze RV park on Feb. 18th 2012 while on our way to Key West. I currently manage a Manufactured Home Community in San Diego Ca. so it was great to see the mix of vintage and modern homes. The eclectic decorating on the older homes is great!

  We've been here for 4 months so far and loving it. A simple, quiet, no hassle park with great style. Wonderful neighbors and beautiful sunrises! Just across the highway from Founders Park.
