Went here and asked if they could do a pumpkin chai latte. The owner said "Due to the precision in the drink recipes, we cannot make your request because these flavors were not meant to be together."
Umdoes it matter? If I'm the paying for it?
Decided never to come back and glad I didn't considering the news about the owner.

I love this place! Great latte, great bagel sandwiches, and same or better pricing as similar places, but no tips. Just waiting for them to reopen their doors- hope everything is ok.

I heard about this new Provo coffee shop from friends in the area, and decided to check it out. I got a dirty chai, and a regular ol' chai for a friend. The chai is made on-location rather than from a premade syrup and is INCREDIBLE. So spiced and beautiful. I am also extremely happy that the owners are making an effort to pay their baristas well. There is a sign that states no tipping as they are trying to pay their baristas a living wage rather than the server's standard tipping wage. Will be coming back to try out more options!
EDITED 9/26/2017 as they make their chai from scratch, I was able to return and request it without sugar! I don't love sugar much so this makes me love C3 Drinks even more!

Ordered drip & an iced coffee. Drip coffee was great, but they didn't have plain sugar syrup for iced beverages, and granulated sugar was recommended. That stuff doesn't melt in iced drinks. A flavored syrup was recommended which was fine, but sometimes you just want plain sugar. Plain sugar syrup is a must for iced drinks if you're a coffee place.

Update #1: This was originally a 3 star rating, but after the response from the owner, I updated to a more appropriate 1 star.

Definitely recommend. I frequent all of Provo's coffee shops regularly, but this was my first time here. I love that each one is unique in its own way. C3 is no exception. Modern, but cozy with plenty of space to relax and read. Had a few questions about the menu which the two baristas happily answered for me. They were very pleasant to chat with about all things coffee.
I love that they keep things traditional. Meaning they pull full shots of espresso, with high quality grounds, and don't dump extra sugar into their drinks like some places do.
    I'll be back again.

Super hip coffee and cocoa shop. The only true coffee house I could find in Provo! The barista was knowledgeable about the coffee she served. Great place to chill and have a good beverage.

OMG. Quite possibly the best mocha frappe with extra shot I've ever had. Great espresso, no bitter after taste. When I come back to Utah, I'll be back.

This place is great, the atmosphere is really chill, the workers are really nice, and for all I can tell the quality of everything is fantastic. I had the belgium white chocolate cocoa and it was honestly amazing. Its just that I paid almost 5 bucks for a tiny cup and there weren't very many tea options (I get that it's called coffee and cocoa, but still) which is why I ended up going with cocoa (which again was fantastic. I also went there to get some work done and there just aren't many places that are comfortable to work at, I ended up sitting at a couch hunched over a coffee table looking at my laptop. Would recommend if you want a nice cup of coffee and a place to snuggle up with a good book, would not recommend if you are looking for a coffee shop to work at or tea other than chai.

I don't care for chocolate, but the cocoa options here provide something for everyone. Whether you want something nutty like the Italian, something creamy like the Swiss, or something really mild like the Milo, you can just ask and they will have something you're likely to enjoy. And, the coffee can be made to your flavor preference as well. This is a high quality craft establishment.
