Was there today. Mitchell had just roasted beans last night. Nothing better than great coffee from fresh roasted beans. If you like coffee, this is the best.

Fantastic coffee and beans. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff for people who are new to drinking coffee.
I have been to coffee shops where the staff makes you feel stupid for not being an expert. This place was the opposite.
We buy coffee here for our drip coffee maker at home as well but these guys gave us advice about French press vs. Aeropress, pour overs and more.response / report this review -

Great place to study or meet up with friends. Mitch is great and his wife makes a mean cup of mexican hot chocolate. The space is clean and quaint. Wish they were open later but.Utah.

Impeccable coffee place. The coffee is so robust and flavorful, you can tell a lot of care goes into getting the perfect roast. I'm incredibly impressed with the management, as well. My husband and I were splitting a bagel sandwich, and after overhearing our disagreement about adding mushrooms, he surprised us with splitting our sandwich and personally sauteing mushrooms and onions for me. It was so good, my husband ended up stealing a few bites. I think it's splendidly run and I've had such a warm, welcoming experience every time I've gone.

The coffee here is always fantastic. And if you haven't tried their breakfast (Saturday and Sunday mornings), definitely stop in and give it a whirl. Fresh made and delicious (my daughter claims it's the best eggs she's ever had). Great little breakfast nook! Glad we discovered this place, we will definitely be going back regularly.

Friendly staff. However I have had better tasting coffee and hot chocolate. As well I got some muffins here. I was expecting fresh, it wasn't. Not worth the price. However I haven't had anything from the breakfast menu. I know that is new.

Solid little coffee shop, serving mostly your standard & trusted coffee and tea. Also, a few bottled soft drink and pastry options. Good place to grab a quick cup of respectable brew, or linger for a while.

Great coffee! My wife and I were in Springville for only a few days and stumbled across this place on our first day in town. The breakfast and coffee was so good that we made it our daily coffee and breakfast spot. Friendly staff and owner!

Hobble Creek coffee for the win!
We are big coffee drinkers, we like to stop at new coffee shops while traveling or just in a nearby city.
We were invited to Hobble Creek for breakfast with some friends and now it's definitely our #1 breakfast/coffee stop.
We will definitely recommend this place to everyone we know.
If you go for breakfast you have to try the Spanish Omlet and eggs Benedict! (That's all we tried but I bet the rest is just as good)
And if he has a min say hello to Mitch the Owner, he has some great stories and is such a down to earth guy.response / report this review -

I just moved back to Springville after living in Orem for two years and I spotted this new coffee place and I had to try it. The workers are very nice and the service is usually very fast. Best coffee I have ever had, even better than Starbucks!
