So I didn’t buy a truck (yet) from these guys, but I wanted to leave solid feedback as this was one of the first times I actually felt like the sales guy was on my side. Chris Meyers is a phenomenal salesman. He listened to everything I wanted, was actually keeping within the price range I was comfortable with, and worked hard to get me the most for my trade in value. While we didn’t end up making the deal (not on the dealer, I just owe much more on my car than they could give me), Chris was amazing and I hope to purchase a truck from him when I can offload my current vehicle.

The GM is super friendly. I love how he treats his staff. It made it nice to not feel pressured to by a vehicle. They answered all my questions.

I have bought two vehicles from this dealership in as many months. I can't believe how fast and professional the experience has been each time. First I was looking for an f150 long bed forever and these guys tracked one down for me and its one amazing truck. The total experience was so quick that I was only there for about an hour. (I expected to be there longer). The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to answer any of my questions. So much so that when my mother in law needed a new vehicle, we drove down from Ogden just to buy there because I new we would be treated right, fair and like family. This is the only place I will buy a vehicle from now on.

I have personal experience with the people at Tim Dahle Ford and you won't find a more caring group anywhere. Their pricing is fair, selection is great, and they are really flexible with you and your needs. My family members have flown in from other states to buy from Tim Dahle Ford because the people and prices and deals are so great.

WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! Took my Vehicle here to get warranty work on the transmission done. This was my first time to the dealership but second time getting this part fixed due to Fords mistakes. The service department is a joke. They stated they could not provide a rental vehicle even though it was Fords error but that is should only be a 1 day fix. I hadn’t heard anything from the dealership and called them around 4 p.m. to see what the status of my car was. They had to order in parts that wouldn’t be there until the following evening. I understand that isn’t there fault and they need parts. Once again asked my service advisor about getting a rental due to the inconvenience and warranty work required. My service advisor was not willing to even try to work out a solution and could care less about helping me in my situation. I called Ford customer service line directly to see if they were willing to help me out. I was given a case number and told that this warranty work did in fact include a rental car for up to 10 days. I called the dealership told them I had a case number and instead of apologizing they acted upset I went to Ford and called them out on their lie.

Long story short. These guys will not take care of you because they do not care about their customers. Their service advisors and managers are to prideful and to unwilling to do what is right and put the customer first and follow the standards Ford has set. They do no deserve to have the Ford name. I will move my business to another local Ford Dealership and I recommend that you do the same.

Excellent place to buy a truck butt when it comes to getting a answer about a battery issue on my truck that I bought 3 months ago well good luck they don't return calls, emails,or text messages. The service department was trying to helpfull but for some reason couldn't get anything on the computer and advised to get a hold of the sales rep. Back to square one

I live in Orem, but I am very disenchanted with the local Ford dealerships. Therefore, I drove to Spanish Fork. Their service department was such a nice contrast to most dealers. Maybe because they are a little smaller they have the chance to be nice and attentive. They got my car in for a recall MUCH faster than other dealers could have. I will be back here without a doubt.

Spent 4hrs looking for a truck to upgrade to, from my current f150 Settled on a sweet fl50. Once inside with the credit people they come to me with the paperwork. The price looks good, but, once the payment plans are given to me, I am shocked at the payment options. I ask wow! What interest rate are you quoting? (by the way I have great credit and a current car loan at 1.99%) the guy tells me it ford motor Corp and the rate is 6.7%..i tell him I don't want that crumbly loan. He tells me the price will cost almost 6k more if I don't use Ford finance Typical bate and switch.. The guy even says you can refinance in a few months! Rediculous waste of a day. Beware of the bate and switch!

What a stress free environment! I worked with Chris to get a truck here, these guys were great at working with the price and getting it down within close to my budget range unfortunately for my wife and I it didn't fit for us at this current time but I will be coming back. They carry quality vehicles, but also care about the person and how it's gotta be right for you too!

DO NOT GO HERE. I really wish I could give ZERO stars. Do not trust this people for several reasons. I took my car in because of a recall letter that I received. My car was experiencing the exact problem laid out in the recall verbatim. They never called me after a couple of days, so I reached out to them. They ignored my phone calls, put me on hold, and then said they would call me back. Long story short they never did, I go back to get my car and turns out after a couple of days THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. Nothing. I need my car and guess what, not only does it have the problems that I was experiencing before, but whatever they "didn't do to it" made it WAY WORSE. I tried driving it off of the lot and it made it less than a mile before it completely shut down and several lights turned on. They claim that I need a new transmission, when they didn't even do what the recall requiredwhich is exactly the problem to begin with! Demanded $4,000.00 to get me a new transmission before they would even touch the car. NEVER going here again. I thought I would give it a chance even though so many people have experience horrible problems with this place, but unfortunately they damaged my car and lost trust. Do not go here.

Overall my experience with this dealer was not very great. All of the employees that I interacted with were nice and that's great but good customer service goes beyond common niceties.

I ended up driving to this dealership from Salt Lake because they happened to have a used truck which had pretty much everything I was looking for all in one package. I had been unable to find one similar in the month or so leading up to me coming here.

I drove the truck and decided that I wanted it. The sales rep was a nice guy, but that is their job after all. The finance guy was decent enough. For me it was the aftermath and the little details that made my experience a two star experience as opposed to a five.

From the time that I drove the truck to the time I left was about 3 hours, which seemed excessive. I spent a lot of time waiting for the finance guy. Then when the signing was finally done the truck was still not ready from the "detail shop" so I waited more.. The salesman had told me they would fill it up and get it detailed, they put less than 3/4 a tank of gas in it, and they haphazardly washed it and vacuumed it out. which I could have done a better job of in half of the time it took them. I assumed (which is my own fault) that when a dealer gets a used truck in they do a standard service oil change etc that was not done I ended up doing it myself later.

Well, it gets worse even though I waited 2 hours for the finance guy to get all the paperwork together and do his thing he still didn't do the job entirely because 10 days before my temporary tag expired he called me and told me he needed proof of income.. Why I wasn't asked while I was at the dealer is beyond me So now here I am with an expired temp. tag
and no license plates.. when I call them they are kind enough to inform me that the truck needs to have emissions testing done so yet another thing they failed to do (or if they did do, it expired) in the excess amount of time that I was twiddling my thumbs on their sales floor. Luckily I got my info from the credit union in time to make my first payment on time

So now because I'm in Salt Lake and they are in Spanish Fork I have to take the truck to get emissions done and pay for it (a fee that was surely included in the loan) out of my own pocket in hopes that they will reimburse me and then I still won't have a valid license plate until I either drive down there and get them or they mail them to me.

In summary, the people seem decent but they lack attention to detail. In my opinion they need to thoroughly examine their process and consider streamlining it in order to make it more customer oriented.

I am happy with my truck, I just wish buying it from Tim Dahle Ford wasn't such an inconvenience.
