A good stay. Rooms are very clean and the price is fair. Needs updating, this is scheduled for fall 2018 according to management.

I consider this hotel ratchet. The carpeting and chairs needed cleaning but my room was clean other than that. Front desk is unprofessional. I heard people talking and doors closing through the night so it was hard to sleep. Hallways constantly smell of cigarette smoke and weed. Good location though and it's crazy how this hotel has 5 floors and only 1 elevator! What happens when the elevator becomes unoperational?! I will never stay again, such a outdated hotel.

The manager on duty when we arrived Nov 11th was very friendly. She explained to us how the cruise package worked for our parking and the shuttle. The room was very large. We had 2 rooms and the bathroom for a family of 5. It was nice. Also the local hotels that allow the guests to use their pools is a sweet bonus!

We booked 2 suites. When we arrived and checked out the rooms 1 room reeked of ciggitrate smoke. Then the found a new room for us that was barley cleaned. It had hair stuck on the shower walls. And every time I called to confirm any information the less then nice staff was not happy to help and would argue with our group.

For a place to stay before your cruise, it will do. Family suite was $129 for 5 ppl, Old and outdated but GREAT view of the Ocean. WIFI only in the lobby or ground floor.

The bed was super comfortable and the a/c kept the room very cool. The price was great, but there was no hot water right away. Had to let the water run for about 15 minutes before it warmed up. It was a bit dirty with various stains in the carpet and furniture and we found loose change and an opened pack of cigarettes in the room..clearly a result of poor housekeeping.

Nice location and pleasant people. Great price. The room was clean. The lobby and public area was freshly cleaned, but with lots of old dirt etc as if it wasn't thoroughly cleaned often. The AC and fridge were both very cold.

This girl is a great place to stop if you need a place for a bunch of people at one night. The beds are not very comfy, the TVs are tube TVs, the room was clean but not to the level it should be and it's not in the beach not sure it have a pool. So it's great for a quick stay but definitely not a vacation.

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to the beach. The hotel also gives you access to its sister hotels pool/ hot tub. The staff was SO accommodating and nice. Especially the manager she was constantly doing something to make sure all guests were happy. Even on a busy weekend like Memorial Day the staff was on it. I will be staying again and highly recommend staying here!

We decided on a Thursday to elope the following Saturday and we needed a hotel that was affordable, super close to the beach and on short notice! We needed a room that had a separation so the groom wouldn't see the bride and this place was perfect!! Yes some of the other reviews are very accurate, it is an older hotel but for us gen-x-ers this was the perfect fit for us. It reminded me of the late 90's and we were just fine with that!! If you're looking for a luxury hotel Move on, but if you're looking for something affordable with a friendly staff and just a short walk from the beach then this is your place to be.

Room was large and very inexpensive. It did not appear very clean though. The carpets were stained and the tub had some black spots. It is certainly a two star hotel but not terrible if in a pinch.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HOTEL! yes its a bit outdated and its not the Four Seasons but they have everything you would ever need and the hotel employees are among the best and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. there's a waffle house right in front within feet which is awesome and all the big name stores are in walking distance. my family just spent a week there and our only complaints are we had to leave and the stay wasn't long enough! this is the place to stay if you are in cocoa beach Florida!!
