Thank you George for always taking care of our family when we come in for service. We have been coming there since george worked in the Parts department in Cohassett. George is the reason I keep coming back, he makes us feel like part of the family.

The owner Matt is a horrible manager & does a terrible job hiring people that actually have experience. I do not recommend anybody to this place. Especially detailing your car. Get your business together.

Long story short. Lance, the sales guy over at the used lot was awesome. When it came down to financing the car, this is when it sour, fast I signed for a 2013 maxima, didn't take the contract home with me that night MASSIVE mistake. A car I thought was 14,800 ended up costing 20k and change. Basically the finance guy, Nick, added a ton of extras to my contract AFTER I signed it. I went in the next day after I saw my financing online and argued with him over the situation, he claimed he'd send me refund papers, shocker they never came. I attempted to contact a few times after, no luck. I traded the car in after about 9 months. Finally I get refund papers when I call management, thinking I'm all set I send them back. A week later I get a letter saying they need more info on my contracts. After trying to get a managers help for over a month now with no response on email and phone. I've left messages and emailed just about every manager. Finally after mentioning the BBB, Steve finally contacted me. We sat down and he went over the documents I needed. Funny thing is, I had everything but the 2 documents I've never seen in my life. He emailed the faxed copies over to me, the signatures don't match up to mine and like I said I've never seen the documents in my life. I'll be waiting to see what Steve can do from this point on. I would avoid all contact with this dealership at all costs.

Due to the excellent service, knowledge and professionalism I always receive from George, I ended up purchasing one of Coastal Nissan's pre-owned certified Altimas I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to have my vehicle serviced with George !

when was the last time a used car salesman talked you out of purchasing a car ?? experience happened to me trying to purchase a used maxima in cohasset for my wife (MONEY IN HAND, READY TO SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE !!), the salesman told the car was in an accident according to the car fax report, which rendered it unsaleable, but yet the price dropped $1000 and sold to another party within 48 hours!! still trying to figure the song and dance regarding this episode. never heard from the dealership after several phone calls and on line inquiries! perhaps the owner or the sales manager will see this post and reply, 'cause by the looks of it-they were kept in the dark !!!!

Was a long day but we had an excellent experience. We had researched cars online & sent inquiries regarding specific cars so when we arrived they knew exactly what I wanted. Within minutes of being there I was test driving it. We worked with Isa who could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable & patient. We decided we wanted to purchase the car, because of how long the process is they gave us a gift certificate to go have lunch at the 99 next door. We returned back after a little over an hour. We did have to wait a little bit longer to get all of the paperwork in but it was worth it & we drove it home that day. We had our 3 year old with us which was not ideal & children area could use some serious TLC but he ran around the showroom playing, the young girl at the drsk gave him a "kids pack" it had a puzzle, coloring book etc. Love my car, loved my experience & would return for sure.

Terrible experience with Costal. They sold me a 2015 used Rogue that had many issues right off the bat. The minute I drove off of the lot, the A/C was blowing hot air. After waiting another hour, they claimed they fixed it, but it had stopped working a few days later. Had to drive 2 hours there and back TWICE on my week off just to get it fixed. Not to mention wait in the waiting room for 4 hours with no offer for a loaner car. I bought the car about 6 months ago and there have been at least four other issues that I got serviced at Kelly Nissan in Woburn. If you want to buy a Nissan, skip Costal and go to Kelly. The guys over there are awesome!

Let me first start by saying Nate the Sales man was great. That being said I will NEVER buy a car from here again. A "gentleman" by the name of Nick came over after to discuss numbers. He was so offensive I left. He asked if I needed to call someone for permission to make the deal. Since I was a young woman sitting there OF COURSE I need to call every man in my life to make get approval on how I spend my money for my car. He then told me it was possibly out of my range and perhaps needed to take the car away from. Jokes on you Nick. I went to Nissan 24 and bought the car, the only thing you took away was a sale.

Disappointed with both the sales and the service department. Upon purchasing my vehicle, I didn't know until the next day when I went to use my Navigation that it did not work from the factory. Also I thought it was odd but my steering wheel was not straight when driving straight. Coastal Nissan is out of my way but I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and have them fix it a 2 weeks later when I had a chance on a Saturday to repair the Nav. I made an appointment and was there for 3 hours for them to tell me it needed a new Radio. They had to order they told me and they would call when it came in. They said it usually takes a week to come in. Well I am busy as heck and five weeks later I call and they said let me check. I was put on hold, and they said oh that just came in last night. Bring it in and they will swap it out. I said can you squeeze me in today. I said I have an appointment in an hour. They said you should really leave it with us for a half of day or full day. I said I cannot give up the work truck for a day plus they were over an hour from my home. I asked because of the situation that it was broken from day one and this was not checked for the vechicle prep , can they try to help me out and get it done within an hour. He said they couldn't. I emailed my sales rep (Commercial sales manager) the following, and never heard back.

"Sent 9/19/16 - 12:28pm - Hi Bill. I have had nothing but bad luck with your service department. The navigation has not worked since day one. It does not show your correct location. I made an appointment over a month ago and sat there for 3 hours on a Saturday. It has been 5 weeks. No one called me to say the part was in. I had to call. I asked how long it would take and they are telling me two hours. It is tough for me to give up the van for 2 hours during normal hours. I do not see why it would take 2 hours to swap the radio out. The problem has been already diagnosed. I do like the Nissan vans and plan on buying them for future fleet trucks but not sure if I like the way Coastal has treated me. I just wanted to pass this feedback on to you since you were my point of contact. "

Well a couple weeks went by and we were swamped so I could not bring the vehicle in because we were working 70 hour weeks. I schedule an appointment for this Saturday. I called to confirm they could get the radio done along with the vehicles first 5000 mile warranty. Yes, I went 5000 miles with a brand new vehicle that had Nav that was useless. They said oh we returned that part because it had to be done within 30 days. I was very upset. Still have not heard back from any manager or sales rep. I ended up going to Nissan Villiage this weekend for the oil change. The service rep Kevin was extremely helpful. They took care of the oil change and rotated the tires. He said to me, when rotating your tires we noticed your alignment was way off. I said I thought it was off, and odd the wheel would be turned way to the right when driving straight. He said it was off about 20% on both sides. They fixed it under warranty and diagnosed on their own. Why is it Coastal had the van for 3 hours and didn't notice it? And Nissan Villiage fixed the Nav with an update without ordering and changing the radio out. I was very impressed with Nissan Village and will no longer take my fleet vehicles or new vehicle purchases to Coastal Nissan. We own 6 vehicles and purchase vehicles every year.

Two Questions, Why was this stuff not picked up on the vehicle prep for delivery? Why did the other Nissan vehicle not need to change the Radio?

Stay away from Coastal Nissan, Google Nissan CVT transmission problems, Nissan motor has 3 class action lawsuits against them reg arding CVT transmissions do your homework on used Nissan Rouge and others , The service department at Coastal Nissan is well aware of this issue,They will give you the complete run around , denial, its normal Stay as far away from used Nissans at this dealer, dont take my word Google it: Nissan CVT transmission issues and lawsuits, Yet another lie by a deceitful dealership. You( being the owner ) state i was asked to leave premises yet i was NEVER on your premises, You also state your were unable to address the problem, your tech in Cohasset, certainly was able to, Aproblem with the CVT transmission ( again do not take my word Google it) He said he has seen it many times when he worked in Norwell, yet when it went to Norwell guess what its Normal and not covered , What a surprise you said the same thing to my Sister in law who had issues with CVT transmission so bad car would not run ( again google CVT and class action lawsuits against Nissan), you told her it was not covered until she had a breakdown in your showroom in front of Prospective car buyers, Then and only then you addressed issue, Again, get your facts straight i was never in your facility, Never asked to leave, never threatened anyone , I did as a matter of fact use profanity towards you Service Mgr due to his arrogance, unprofessionalism and trying to cover up CVT issues that you know exist THE Truth always come out in the end, Whoever may be reading this as ive stated numerous times, do not take my word google it, we all cant be lying. Also i only spoke to your Service Manager over the phone NEVER in person .

Was referred to Coastal from a friend and wasn't disappointed! This is my first lease and Dave walked me through everything. The process was streamlined and convenient . Highly recommend buying at this establishment! Nissan alone is a great car, but Coastal made it better.
