I went there for my first manicure and after a couple of days my nails chipped!!! I was so upset but Fabine and Geanna were super nice and professional. I showed them a picture of the same day chip and they made another appointment to get it fixed. I never had this type of professional experience. Fabine is super nice always complimenting me and smiling. I told them that I worked in the mall and they told me about a discount. I will definitely go back even though the polish chipped!!

Top notch customer service and excellent cleanliness. You can tell that all instruments are properly cleaned after each use. Jess did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. She was professional and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The people who work here are the nicest ever! You can book online and it is the only place I would go to on the South Shore.
