Very friendly staff and convenient location. Room was a bit loud (with other guests and AC unit) and the bathroom was very cramped.

Location is ideal, although the rooms aren't anything special. The bed was comfortable, which is the most important thing, but I wouldn't have wanted to spend too much time in the small space. Fortunately you don't need to kill time in the room - you can walk right out into Coast Village Road and visit fun shops, find cool restaurants, or stroll along Butterfly Beach. We'd stay here again if we were visiting people in the area.

Super noisy can hear every car drive by, shower smelled like a wet dog, had to pay for parking, and no electrical outlets next to the bed. The only perks to this place are location, friendly staff, and a voucher to a nearby restaurant. Which would all be great things if this were a restaurant and not a hotel.

Fantastic property! They were able to accommodate my oversized cargo van and even coned off a parking space for me for the duration of my stay, would definitely stay here again!

We had a pleasant room with usual amenities, however our room did lack a/c. The staff were very very pleasant. Adequate parking spaces. We were given a discount voucher enabling a cheaper breakfast at a nearby restaurant. There are several restaurants nearby. Overall a nice hotel.

Best hotel I've ever stayed!!!! Desk person upgraded to a suite and their room was huge! When I opened the door I thought there was a hall way.
The room was very clean and organized. Service was top notch and I can't say a single thing I would complain about this place. Located in a convenient location in Santa Barbara, CA where you can literally walk everywhere in Union Square. The area is really safe. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone!response / report this review
